"I would not come here again. Terrible service. I came with my family and 2 small children. Kids were hungry so we wanted to place their order first before deciding on ours, but were told no and that the entire order had to be placed together. I have never been told this at any restaurant ever. We ordered few individual items, and they basically told us if we wanted our food quickly we should order a thali because the kitchen is very busy. Thalis are $26 and one per person only so obviously this is where they make the most money. Then, to top it all off, we found a hair in one of our dishes! We pointed it out to the server, who then instead of just apologizing and replacing, told us it wasn’t there when he brought it out! So he basically accused us of placing it there ourselves?! I’ve never had such rude service and from such a reputed restaurant. We drove over 1 hour to eat here and left extremely disappointed. The food was average and perhaps we could have enjoyed it more if the service wasn’t so bad but the whole experience was bad from the beginning. And since gratuity was automatically added, we were forced to tip for terrible service"
