"I ordered online and was promised my food at a specific time. I arrived on time but ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for my order. The staff seemed disorganized and didn't make any effort to resolve the issue with my order, which I believe may have been overlooked. Eventually, a woman, who I assume was the manager, rushed in and helped me get my order. One of the employees did apologize, but by that point, I was late returning to work. I reached out to their customer service to provide constructive feedback and to prevent this from happening again, but I never received a response. The food is decent, but I can’t risk ordering from here during my lunch break in the future. I’m disappointed, as I had hoped this would be a healthier option compared to other restaurants. I guess I’ll need to keep looking for better alternatives."
