"Truthfully, our experience at this restaurant was quite frustrating. We waited for 45 minutes for our table (which we understood, as we were a large group), but then waited another 20 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders. It took 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and then another hour for our food orders to be taken and served. We didn't receive refills on our drinks, some items we ordered were missing, and overall we were disappointed. We are fans of BJ's, but on a quiet Tuesday night, we were extremely frustrated with the lack of attention and awareness from our servers, as well as the amount of time we spent waiting."
