"We were met with an unfriendly red-haired waitress who informed us that she had just started her shift and didn't know what had happened between Thursday and Monday. When I asked if they had Mike's Light or 0, she looked at me as if I were crazy and said, "What?" This was one of the most unpleasant welcomes I've ever experienced at a bar. We finished our beers and left. It might be a good idea for management to spend some time training her on how to treat new customers and earn tips."
