"I made a reservation for fantasy football, which is the only type they accept. I understand that staffing can be a challenge these days, but when we arrived 30 minutes early, I explained our situation to the hostess, who was very nice. She said she would need to check with her manager and then spoke to a table of five, one of whom appeared to be the manager. Eventually, we were seated. I specifically asked about outlet availability and found only one, but it didn't end up being an issue.
Our waiter only checked on us about every 30 minutes, even though the place wasn't very busy, which was puzzling. I had to go to the front to request silverware after our appetizers were served. Despite these hiccups, we enjoyed ourselves. I believe they need more staff, but given the current job market, I can’t fault those who are actually working.
It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I didn’t see the manager for the entire two hours we were there. Also, the jukebox was so loud that my 21-year-old son joked about it, and while I heard him, the people across from him did not. Additionally, it was concerning when our waiter asked us to write our phone numbers on the receipt to send us a payment link. We ended up just paying at the counter instead."
