"I ordered my burger without tomatoes, while my wife included them in her order. However, both burgers ended up without tomatoes and neither had the smash sauce we requested. The dining area was also quite dirty, with leftover food and trash scattered around.
When I finally received my food, I noticed he hadn't asked if I wanted to eat in or take away, but by that point, I just wanted to leave. When my name was called, my food was packed into two bags. I asked about my milkshake, and was told he would make it, but I ended up waiting and watching my ice cream melt away.
It seemed like there weren't enough employees for the number of customers. The cashier was supposed to be in charge of making the milkshake. After waiting a while, I inquired about my milkshake again and was told that making it was not his responsibility — this was not great customer service. I noticed other customers getting frustrated with the service as well. In total, it took 30 minutes for my milkshake to arrive, and by then, my food was ruined. I would not recommend this place."
