"Friends had given us a gift card, for my Birthday. We hadn't been there for quite a long time, but it was worth it. Just a little menu shock, prices were a little more than what we expected, since the last time we went there 5 yrs ago. Instead of up to $10, price's were $10-$20 for most item's. Our waiter was very understanding, knew that we had a budget and we had come there w/a gift card to celebrate my Birthday. He didn't have to, but just the same, gave us another coupon for 40% off our bill.My wife enjoyed her Broccoli Grilled Chicken Alfredo, fairly large Sierra Mist, and I enjoyed the Prime Rib Hoagie w/Beef Au Jus, Seasoned Cut Fries, and the Coor's On-Tap 16oz Beer. If you wanted Water, they'd give it to you, no extra charge. They had at least 5 or 6 Beer's On-Tap, popular during the year. Just NOT Seasonal or Micro Brewed flavored Beer. So those are out; to bad, it would've made Dinner Perfect. They do have Seasonal Burger's and Cocktail's, so it's not a total waste of your money. Plus, they have 2 for one Special's for those who want to keep within Budget. We usually get them, normally, but it was my Birthday. My wife wanted to splurge a little; otherwise, we would've got those item's. I wanted to thank our waiter for all that he did for us, on my Birthday. I just hope it was enough for his time. Thank-you Applebees, John and Peggy.Kid-friendliness: They had a lot of children there, and teenagers too. It seemed kid's enjoyed there time there, from their food to watching Cable TV to the delicious desserts there."

"ok so...we have been staying away from this location for a while since the bad service but after the movies last night my son wanted to get a cheeseburger, his favorite place. I agreed, maybe something has changed, since a lot of the Applebee's been doing renovations, morale seemed to be good at other locations and hoped this one was better now. Sadly it hasn't changed. We went in around 930pm, about 2.5 hrs from closing, not too packed. We walked in, no greeter, waited about 5 mins before anyone even came to ask if we wanted to order out or a table. Older gentleman, asked for a table, told us the bar is open. Clearly, i am with a child, not going to sit at the bar. Pointed to the section facing the parking lot, told me that section is closed. ok, pointed to the other side, he looked rolled his eyes and proceeded to walk us to a table there. We sat down in a section where no one greeted us for about 20 mins to offer water or even take a drink order. The waitress barely spoke english (we made it work). She finally asked our drinks and if we are ready to order our food. She took everything down and went about her business. My son wanted to add some mozzarella sticks, asked her, she said ok. We were waiting for our food maybe about 20mins. Not bad. My steak was supposed to be medium rare, it had barely any pink left. My son enjoyed his cheeseburger but idk why the bacon was in pieces and not a whole slice on the burger. The tipsy cupid was just strawberry puree and ice, no alcohol at all. WE NEVER GOT THE MOZARELLA sticks. I asked her if she put them in, SHE TOLD ME THAT I NEVER ORDERED ANY. We asked for a check, which i was told to use the tablet on the table, had to swipe my card 5 times for it to finally take with the chip. No one was paying attention or anything. We would come to this location religiously until new management or whatever happened few years ago and now its just garbage. Just sad."
