"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I visited last week for lunch and ordered pizza, fries, and cheese sticks. The food was outstanding, and the owner, John, was incredibly friendly and engaging. We enjoyed some great conversations, and he shared the history of his pizza restaurant with us. I mentioned that I would return for lunch in five days, and he suggested I try the chicken parmesan, which he prepares fresh from scratch, along with his homemade sauces. The amazing part is that when I walked in five days later, he recognized me by name! John is a fantastic guy, and his staff is equally great. You couldn't ask for a better dining experience. "I've been ordering from Sam's for a few years. It used to be my go to for the grilled chocked salad., potato wedges and the pizza. Over the past year or so, it changed. I ordered chicken and boneless chicken and it was so hard I couldn't eat it. The wedges tasted undone. My son stopped wanting pizza because it tastes horrible once it got cold. Now they have multiple other restaurants inside of it and it's just too much. Even the grilled chicken tastes different. The chicken isn't seasoned the same and off. I stopped ordering beneath it was too much of a gamble what you're going to get."

"I went to apply to Village Fare Pizza for a job when I saw a help wanted sign on the front of the store. Woman employee said they were not hiring. I found it suspicious that they still had the help wanted sign up since it takes all of 2 minutes to take down the sign if they weren't hiring anymore. Being a person of color, I've experienced this situation before. I called the next day and inquired about their job positions. Man on phone stated that they WERE hiring for two positions. Pretty sure what they did was illegal."

"In my opinion, this is the best pizza in Massachusetts. During my time at UMass Lowell, I wish I had eaten here more frequently. Now that I live near Worcester and work in Boston, I still make it a priority to visit Lowell occasionally just to enjoy the linguica pizza. There's no other place that can satisfy my craving for Santoro's; they truly stand out in their class! The taste is just as I remember it! It's definitely worth the drive. "This place has very mediocre food and they are probably the slowest with deliveries that I have ever dealt with. I once ordered online and needed to call to make a slight change and I literally had to call 40 times in a row back to back to speak with someone, no exaggeration. They have good intentions but need A LOT of help it seems like the owner has too much on his plate. Don’t order here unless you want to wait an hour and a half for your food that is a hit or miss."

"We loved the food. However, this evening we started to place an order and use one of the coupons (we’ve used often since we order 1-2 times a week from here). The gentleman said asking the order told us “you can’t use this coupon every time you order”. There no mention of this on the site or the menu. I’ve never had an issue using coupons here in the past. I asked him to cancel our order. Safe to say, we won’t be ordering from here again. If you offer a coupon with no mention of how many times you can use that coupon, you should honor it."

"Yesterday morning, we were discharged from the hospital with our newborn. Tonight, we were craving a hot meal and decided to order from Pops. Unfortunately, what we received was more like a gross, cold meal. We placed our order at 4:15pm on 9/23, and the delivery driver arrived at 4:48pm (despite only being 2 miles away). We were disappointed with the cold dinner and have decided we will not be ordering from them again. The service was a letdown, the meal type was dinner, and the price per person was $50-100. Broccoli bites were edible but small look nothing like the pic are certainly not worth 1/2 of the very expensive price of them! And, never got chicken Alfredo with no sauce, I guess they think melting shredded mozzarella on it makes it Alfredo? Sorry but not even close to described overpriced for what it is.
