"Step into Noodles and Company if you're looking for a disappointing experience. The noodles are dry and unappetizing, and the service leaves much to be desired. You'll pay $12 for a “regular bowl” that could hardly fit in a small child’s hand. It's scary to think about how tiny the “small” portion might be. Once you finish at Noodles and Company, I recommend visiting any of the nearby restaurants that offer much better food to actually leave feeling satisfied. This place is seriously worse than the sequel trilogy!"

"Food was definition of mediocre, service was sub-par. I was the only one in there, the person at the register saw me come in but continued to have a conversation with a coworker, only acknowledged me when I turned around to leave. After ringing up my order she didn't even tell me what I owed just stared at me. After paying I waited for 20 minutes as I watched on of the 5 employees put my meal together while the rest continued to talk loudly and vulgarly. I was hoping the food would be good enough that I would try another location at some point but I'll probably just heat up a frozen dinner instead."

"Every time I go there with my two young children, the staff treats us so well. The customer service is top notch. They always help me by bringing me anything I need l, and are sweet and kind to my children. They always bring me a high chair. Nobody else does this. They treat you like a full service restaurant, even though it is essentially fast food. Today, I went to the counter to purchase a cookie and the manager said, 'Its on me. ' Definitely one of my favorite places to go. Just felt like I needed to write this review- keep up the good work. Good customer service is hard to find."

"My wife and I stopped in for a carry out order on our way home on a Saturday evening, probably around 6:45pm. I ordered the Spicy Korean noodles with extra beef and a cup of the tomato basil soup. My noodles were over-sauced, the meat was fatty. I was okay with both of those things, because it's cheapish fast food. The cup of tomato soup was a completely different story. What I received was a broken, burnt tomato paste that filled about a quarter of the cup it was in. I am sure the soup was being kept too hot and was probably almost empty in the pan. It tasted like burnt marinara. Next time my wife asks if Noodles and Company sounds good, I hope I remember this experience and respond with a hearty, No!"
