"We made an order on door dash and first of all they contacted us to make changes on one of our items that was out. Secondly one of our items got left behind by the dasger and they called to follow up when they realized that an item got left behind then personally delivered the missing item. "I recently moved to Woodruff, and during the move, we ordered from Giovanni quite frequently. However, when we tried to place an order recently, there was no answer. We stopped by the restaurant and saw a sign on the door indicating that they are temporarily closed due to a staffing shortage. We really hope they reopen soon because we already miss them. "Great experience! I showed up way to early for my carry out order (totally my fault) and the staff were super nice and accommodating. When I came back a bit later to get my food everything was perfect and exactly as I ordered it, they even put the pizza sauce, which comes cold, into the pizza box to warm up a bit. The pizza itself was a hit with the whole family from 2 to 40 years old and the toppings were tasty and generous. The crust had the right amount of chew and excellent flavor. This was my first time at this establishment and I will definitely return. You should absolutely add the Drew st. location of WSP to your pizza rotation if you are in the area. I got the impression that it was family run and they seem to really care about their food and customers."
