"The initial impression of the restaurant was uncomfortable and quite sad. A group of snobby 16-year-old girls were standing at the door in tight white clothes and sneakers, showing greed towards the guests. Their behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional. It was disappointing to see such young girls in that position, as it sets a bad example for others. The lack of proper greeting and attire almost made us leave, despite our love for the food and drinks at the restaurant. The staff at the door need to be properly trained on how to welcome guests with a smile and proper manners. The rude behavior at the front door left a negative impression on us and has caused us to not want to return. It is a shame that such behavior is allowed to ruin the overall experience, despite the great food and service provided by the waiting staff. We regret spending our money at this establishment and will not be returning in the future."

"This is one of my favorite places in Wenatchee, a must stop if you are heading downtown for the day (or night) and want a drink and a bite to eat. The food is well executed, tasty, and fits well with the theme and attitude of the location. It feels just a hair overpriced, but that would be nit-picking. The service is always excellent. The staff understands the clientele they are serving and addresses everything with an appropriately light touch. Cocktails are fantastic. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with enough modern edge to make you feel cool, without feeling inaccessible. Overall, hard to beat at the price point and experience type in the Wenatchee Valley."

"I took my sweetheart here for Valentine's Day because I knew it to be an outstanding place. Though I had made reservations early, I had to accept a 5:00pm seating. This was not an issue since we had taken the day off. The food was outstanding, with excellently prepared steaks, mine a T-Bone and hers a filet. We had a wonderful time with attentive service and timely delivery. The Bourbon Old-fashions were excellent. Our only concerns were very minor. Our Baked potatoes were on the cold side and they had a rather limited dessert menu. The dessert menu limitations may have been imposed by us perhaps because we were just in the mood for something other than what they offered. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our dinner and it did server to kick off a great weekend!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I haven't had the very best experiences with places so close to home so this one was such an awesome surprise. Our server was Tommy and he gave some pretty good selections and just had the nicest give about him...not the caffeine induced over bubbly personality but just a pleasant chill and calm demeanor. The food by itself was really quite good. I had the Philly egg rolls and the penna Ala vodka pasta while my husband had the sirloin with shrimp and we weren't disappointed with any of it. Overall we had a really good experience that we're already planning to have a repeat trip."

"I absolutely love this place! If you're looking for a fancy steakhouse with a younger vibe in the area, Raindancer is the spot to visit. I stopped by for crab cakes and the Chilean sea bass, which was the special that day. Overall, the food was quite good. I devoured the entire plate, but I found the sea bass a bit too salty for my liking, and the gravy didn’t help much. On the bright side, the combination of vegetables was perfect, and the fish was cooked beautifully, tasting amazing as always. It was just the gravy that was on the salty side and it ended up covering everything. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and our waiter was absolutely delightful. The crème brûlée was fantastic, and the lobster bisque was delicious. I will definitely be back!"

"The food was absolutely delicious. They have a skewer section on the menu that includes options for seafood, meat, and poultry. We tried the sirloin, shrimp, and garlic chicken, all of which were well-spiced and cooked perfectly. We also ordered sweet potato fries, which were probably the best I’ve ever had, and I got a Cobb salad with honey mustard dressing that ranks among the best I've tasted at a restaurant. The drinks were fantastic as well. The bartender creatively made me a tiramisu martini that was spot on! We also enjoyed a blueberry vodka lemonade and an espresso martini, both of which were delicious. Service was generally good. It must have been challenging for the staff to manage both indoor and outdoor tables, as we did wait a bit longer for some items. However, our waitress was very pleasant and friendly. They take orders with handheld electronic devices, which really helps with communication with the kitchen and moving the bill along efficiently. All in all, it was a nice experience, and I would definitely recommend this place for a casual night out with friends or family."

"They should stop offering curbside pick up because they never bring it outside. This is the second time it happened. Another car and I waited for over 15 minutes and when we finally decided to go inside the food had been ready on the counter for a while and no one told us. I will no longer buy takeout from them and will encourage others to go elsewhere. Not to mention that the last time I sat inside, we were seated and forgotten about for over 35 minutes until a manager came over and apologized. Please do better because the food is really delicious."

"Went to Ovation on Cyprus Garden Blvd. My wife made a 6:15 reservation and we got there at 6 and we were made to wait until our reservation time of 6:15 even though there were 4 empty tables. We were sat at a booth that'd was so narrow that the table rubbed against both mine and my wife's chest during the whole meal. We decided on sirloin and ribs with baked potatoes. The sirloin steak was 6 oz about the size of a can of coke round. Dinner was served with a salad which I am not thoroughly convinced it had dressing on it. There also was bread in a basket that was warm served with rock hard butter. The only knife we had was the butcher knife (12 inches long) to spread the butter. With the table pushing on my chest and rubbing continually while I tried to eat I just wanted the meal to be over. $60 for a meal that was not that great."

"Food is really good but service was horrible. Waitress was quite ditzy and failed to tell us one of our order tickets were not seen and they started on it late. Instead, brought the plates out and just left my husband sitting there without any communication of where his food was. No refills, no extra napkins, she continued to forget to even bring anything we’d ask for. She was so slow at bringing drinks, then super slow to bring the food once she’d remember, and she sat there in La la land the entire time. Only reason we’d return is because the food was good. Service, not so much. By time that missed ticket came out, we had finished eating and my husband had to just take his plate home. Still , no communication as time went on about his order."

"I am editing my original review because once I posted I received a call from the manager to discuss what happened. He sincerely cared about our experience, explained what happened, then went above and beyond to make it right.I really appreciated the extra effort. Sincerely grateful. Thanks Josh! We made reservations because last time we were told we had to. Even though they were rude last time we wanted to try the place. It is super cool inside. Our server was basically non existent. He didn’t wipe the table even after being asked. It took about 10 min to be asked for our first drinks. Several more minutes before we got them. When he returned he only took 2 refill drink orders and bolted before I could ask for mine, my drink was clearly empty. When he came back with the other drinks he seemed bothered I needed one. He forgot to bring said drink so I sat there for about 10 min with no drink. Then he came up and said “did I put your drink order in” clearly no. Then he brings me a drink but in a plastic cup and told me they didn’t have anymore glasses. 10 minutes later he brings another drink out in a glass and said it was a mistake did we want it. But it was the exact same drink that I had ordered so I wonder if he just left it on the counter. He brought our food with no utensils or napkins. We sat there for about 10 min. It was finger food but still we needed napkins. He finally flew by and I asked for napkins again and be brought little bar napkins not dining napkins. About 3/4 of the tables had reserve signs but there wasn’t anyone there for the 90 min we were there so it wasn’t busy. There seems to be plenty of staff. Needless to say it was underwhelming and disappointing. Before you wonder if I’m a Karen or was rude to him. I’m in the service industry too and am very understanding of what’s going on. This young man clearly did not know how or want to do his job, this and the previous rude experience from the host stand concluded into a decision not to return."

"terrible experience. ordered ripening, pulled pork sandwich, maize beans, bores and 1 side order of the kartoffel wedges. wanted maisbrot, but they were out. handmade order in bag and paid. see the pictures I have received. I called her immediately and spoke to Frank, but he said as soon as we go with the order, they won't do it right. even if they had my ticket order and I offered them the pictures of all the potato wedges we received, and to send a baked kartoffel. he refused to offer a compensation or to allow us to return to receive the right order. when I threatened to deny my credit card and to check for social media, he replied: “Go ahead”. here it is so! btw, eating was cold and the ribs were dry, that is not the forest we have come to love in the last 30 years. unnecessarily say we'll never back! they've been warned!"

"I got a call from Tom George to tell me they wouldn't serve brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to postpone dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my group a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6pm on Sunday because I wanted to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant didn't call the next day and I decided not to eat there anymore. So on Sunday I went to the LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel and we had a lovely dinner that I knew I would because I've been there before. I don't know whose responsibility it is at the open table to be sure that the information about a restaurant is current and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me in a restaurant."
