"Update: I am very concerned that I will have to find a new place. I loved going to this restaurant but again my order was wrong. I called again, this time as soon as I said I had a problem, the phone went dead. So I called again, this time the person blamed me, said I must not of been clear about my order. Again, my problem...... really, this was an online order. Really sad, just ordered and it was very sad when I called about a problem I got excuses not even I am sorry. Not even a polite person."

"During our four-day trip, my family enjoyed dinner at this restaurant every night. After our first visit, we were absolutely won over by everything: the food, the atmosphere, the live music, and the exceptional service. Speaking of service, I can't recommend Ashley highly enough; she was our server each night and was truly remarkable, even remembering our drink orders by the second day. The patio is dog-friendly, so our pup could join us for dinner each evening. We sampled nearly everything on the menu (the nachos you see in the attached photo were a standout) and concluded that Drifter's serves the best BBQ around. We would happily return just for this incredible experience! In summary, I have no complaints about this place, other than the fact that it's not located in Knoxville, TN."

"I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant during a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I often find myself skipping meals while traveling for work. However, I was thrilled to discover a complete menu of gluten-free options. I ended up spending my daily meal allowance on a gluten-free breakfast sandwich, a quinoa Mediterranean salad, and the Angry Chick Mac and Cheese. Everything was delicious and expertly prepared, with the Mac and Cheese being the standout dish for me. The packaging for both the salad and the Mac and Cheese was sturdy enough to withstand a full day of work, airport security, and my flight home. I enjoyed the salad on the plane and saved half of the Mac and Cheese for lunch the next day, reheating it in the toaster oven with foil. I will certainly be returning!"

"Not a good first impression. $6 for a soup that's not full. I ordered the bowl, not the cup size. Not to mention I ordered chicken tortilla soup and after I made my over 10 minute drive back to work I open it to find Cream of Jalepeno . I was really looking forward to some protein at lunch but guess that's not happening today. The soup is good at least. EDIT: I had this as a 2 start review but I have since spoken with management that actually cares hard to find sometimes! about their customers and have increased it to 4 stars. I'll be giving them another try since , like I said, the soup was good."

"I love this place ! But I came into a bad Experience during my lunch time and employee Angie was so rude ! I simply asked a question about my order and she made such a ugly face and said the order she was prepping was not mine. Then as I was proceeding to pay she shoved my food to me then saw her go to the back staff , I could hear them talking about me while I was getting my order in my bag ! Such horrible customer service ! Then started laughing when we asked another employee for her name. Please get your staff on a professional level."

"The food was cold and not what I ordered—there were no onions, no sauce, and no mushrooms, even though I paid extra for them. "My partner and I actually love Mad Greens food. This review is based on the service experience we have had over 2 visits to this location, and doesn’t include any negative feedback for the Phoenix location, where we’ve always been treated well and enjoyed the food. This review is specifically focused on one employee. I tweeted and left a voicemail before posting this, in hopes of resolving the issue without a one star review. No response. So here goes. My partner and I have been to a Mad Greens every weekend for lunch since December. We enjoy the food and at least it feels like we’re eating healthy. The first time we encountered the employee in question, we ordered two identical bowls. At this point, I’ll share that I’m overweight. The person helping us looked at me with all seriousness and said “These are both for you, aren’t they?” Then she looked over at the other person assisting us and they laughed. My partner looked at her and said “why would you say that? But she didn’t answer and stopped any engagement with us. Skip ahead to the weekend of February 9th and she was working again. She was serving a diner ahead of me in line and was cordial and friendly with them. Then she saw me and as she created my entree, she literally stared at me, her face was a ball of contempt and she THREW the food into the prep bowl in an aggressive manner, staring at me the whole time. When it came time to put my salad into a serving bowl, she took the top one, which was noticeably dirty, looking like someone had just wiped the last salad out of it and put it back to use again. She stood there, the bowl in her hand at least 10 seconds , looking at it, then looking at me and she got a little smirk on her face and put my food into the dirty bowl. I was so embarrassed and humiliated that I didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t eat it and I didn’t want to create a scene after being through an entire year of PTSD from other issues. The thing is that we’ll be back, but next time she waits on me, I won’t stand for being treated with disrespect."

"I was soooo happy to find a really great salad bar near my house in Tempe. I have the Dyonose (Greek salad) And not only was the part abundant, but the quality was also brilliant. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the Tempe Market Place location and felt like at home with a real bowl and cutlery instead of plastic. If you are looking to check a place that does not have a ton of buffet goers, this is your place. Have a prickly pear lemonade and take a comment for yourself when you pay. It's really cool!"

"Where to start? Being from North Carolina wasn?t sure how Texas barbecue would line up. Texans could teach us care a thing or two about beef barbecue. Tina the receptionist was awesome, went over to the menu and helped us make our choices.. We landed on the family dinner number one. We settled on brisket and sausage for our meat. Sides we went for the mac cheese, potato salad and pinto beans. Brisket literally melted in your mouth, combined with homemade Q saucemade it delicious. Potato salad cool with a slight sweet taste. Pinto beans were the real deal as opposed to canned. Homemade sausage like nothing we?ve ever had. Portions were so plentiful that we are looking forward to having leftovers.The back of the house service was professional and very polite. Food and experience was like no other. This will be our first stop upon returning to Fort Worth."

"I ordered from meltology for the second time, and once again, the food was extremely greasy. I feel disgusting after eating it, and I can hardly stomach the food because of all the grease. The mac and cheese consisted of mainly noodles, oil, and two slices of barely melted cheese on top. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and I would not recommend eating here."

"Great food! Picked up dinner one night and went back for brunch the next day! Everything we had was great (ribs, crab cake, blt wrap, mac cheese), including the special: buffalo chicken sandwich! This food cart pod has great ambiance in the winter with plenty of fire pits to keep you warm. Really loved the fact that you can buy alcoholic drinks in the Midtown Yacht Club. Definitely worth visiting when in Bend!"

"The prices were higher and the portions were smaller compared to other mac and cheese restaurants in the area. The food was decent but felt a bit lacking, and even though I paid an extra $2 for the white cheddar sauce, it was barely noticeable in the dish. Overall, I would recommend trying a different place; if this is your only option, you might be better off grabbing some Kraft mac and cheese from the store."
