"I have always enjoyed Chef's since I relocated to Tennessee, often using them for school pizza parties and lunches with friends. I've heard they are now under new ownership. However, today was not a pleasant experience. The new owner was quite rude and unprofessional, even though the mistake was clearly theirs. It was a minor issue, not a big deal at all, and there was no need for her to respond so aggressively and unkindly. Thankfully, there are plenty of small, locally-owned pizza restaurants that I can recommend to friends, colleagues, and even strangers online. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Chef's. Dining out has become a luxury in this tough economy, and I will choose to spend my money where it is appreciated from now on."
