"The customer service was excellent. Although I didn't have the opportunity to visit the restaurant and experience the atmosphere, I placed my order through a third-party app. I called to ask a few general questions, and the woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and really satisfied my cravings (being of Caribbean descent and pregnant, I was really in the mood for it). However, I was quite disappointed to find a fingernail mixed in with my rice and curry sauce. I know it wasn't from me, as I have natural nails and wear acrylics. I genuinely want to give them another chance, but I'm hesitant after this experience."
