"I ordered several times from here. The sushi is always fresh and decent. Tonight I have the California role, shrimp tempoura role, veggie egg rolls and a diet coke. Sushi was great! I have 6 pieces of California Roll and 5 of the shrimp empura. I love it! The egg rolls were meh. What I liked was that they use springroll wrappers instead of normal eggroll wrappers that are sometimes delicate and undercooked. That was so sharp. I didn't like the cabbage was very understated. It was like chewing through wet hair. I can't get them back. The soda was ice-cold and they don't forget the drink like so many delivery places. Overall, it was a good dinner and I will definitely order again. The prices are also not bad and the delivery time was good."

"I won’t hold back in this review. I should have realized it was a red flag when I walked into an empty restaurant at 7 PM. I was on my way home, unsure of what to eat, and when I searched for Taiwanese cuisine, this place came up with average reviews. I’m usually open to trying anything once. Unfortunately, the pork chop over rice was just a greasy mess, and my beef noodle soup (no photos taken) was essentially overcooked noodles in flavorless broth. The broth tasted like it was just water with a beef bouillon cube thrown in. Sadly, both dishes were disappointing at best, and I don’t think I can justify spending nearly $23 for them."

"Honestly, food is delicious. So good, perfectly seasoned, nicely plated, well priced. Seriously, kudos to the chefs in the back!But I can 't give them 5 stars because service wasn 't good. The dude who looks like Edna from incredibles hesitated to seat us at first. (They have signs everywhere that says no mask no service but uh, he wasn 't wearing a mask either everyone else who walked in after us didn 't have masks on at all mainly 'cuz most businesses stopped forcing people to wear them back in 2021) but he still nervously asked his bosses if we could be seated. They said yes. So we sat. He basically threw our menus at us from afar. Acted like we were diseased. Rude. We are healthy by the way and no one wasCoughing or whatever so that was whacked. Then he took our orders from a whole table 's length away. Couldn 't even be bothered to stand next to us like a normal server. He literally stood behind the 6 top next to us and took our order. Like Who does that?!He dropped our food and drinks off and didn 't come back for the rest of our meal. Hubby asked him later if we could order takeout. He took our order hubby went to pay. Hubby goes to the restroom dude is at my table telling me do you have another card? Your card was rejected. Really loudly. (Turns out my cc company rejected it because he ran it through multiple times that triggered a fraud alert) I asked if they accepted amex. Nope. Apple pay? Nope. So guys if you have AMEX or Apple Pay be warned: they do NOT take either here. Anyway i wrote my card info down and it went through. I asked him for the paper back and he told me no. WTH? I grabbed a pen scratched it all out but I don 't get why he gave me such a hard time about it. Anyway. If you eat in, be prepared for good food with really weird service. Otherwise, ordering takeout from this place is a good option."

"I called in an order at 6:00pm tonight, was told it would be ready in about 35-45 minutes. I arrived at 6:40, and didn?t get my food until 8:45pm. I waited for two rolls for 2 hours after I was told it would be done. I know it was a busy night I?m veryunderstanding if something is taking a little longer than expected or if a business is short staffed, but that is not an excusefor a business to have take out orders be more than a two hour wait. If you can?t get orders out with in a reasonable time youneed to put a hold on take out orders. It was pretty frustrating watching other people that were waiting in the entrance saythey put in their order at a time before I did leave before I was to get my food with orders larger than mine. After waitingfor two hours, I was not given any discount or refund for the inconvenience."

"I couldn't believe how inexpensive the sushi is! Great deal for great quality. I also love how the spicy rolls are actually spicy. Most places label things as spicy, and they don't have much heat to them. These rolls have great flavor with a good heat level to match. Being close to Walmart also makes it easy to pick up while running errands. Any excuse to have sushi! haha. I wish I could remember our servers name from a recent visit. She was amazing, easily the best service I've had at any restaurant."

"I've ordered from Okawa a few times for lunch and dinner, but I'll just write about my most recent time because I remember the names of the rolls I ordered :P Got the following rolls for takeout and they were all delicious: Salmon Avocado Roll Spicy Tuna with Crunch Roll (x2) King Roll Eel Avocado Roll Shrimp Tempura Roll The fish has been consistently fresh. Comes with the choice of salad or miso soup as well chose the salad which tasted as expected. Will order from again because the location is so convenient and staff seem nice!"

"We usually order take out from Japanica and have never had a bad meal. My husband loves the sushi and I stick with the teriyaki, which is absolutely delicious. I really have to highlight the customer service, however. We ordered edamame with our take out tonight but unfortunately staff forgot to put it in our bag. The restaurant called me not 5 minutes after I left to let me know about their mistake and offered me credit on a future order. I was so pleasantly surprised that they called me to make it right. Everyone is so polite and I love the service here!"

"Easily the best Chinese take out in the neighborhood! Good quality and great value! Though admittedly my girlfriend and I only ordered from one other place. Nonetheless, when I opened up the General Tso's chicken and roast pork lo mein combo platters, and the crab rangoons, the aromas hit my eye like a big pizza pie.The portions were generous (with more than enough leftovers for another meal for the both of us). The fried rice was fragrant. The noodles were well-seasoned and sauced. The rangoons were crispy, slightly sweet, and not overwhelmingly heavy.What else can I say? My girlfriend, who comes from a family of Chinese take out restaurants, gave her seal of approval. Even though they forgot our soda, the food is worth five stars! We will be coming back for more!"

"Another odd experience was when my husband and I were sharing our meal. He ordered a drink, and when I mentioned I would share his, the server insisted, "No sharing! No sharing!" It was quite awkward. That said, the food is truly delicious. The first time I tried the hot and sour soup, it was out of this world! However, during my second visit, it was overpowered by an excessive amount of chili peppers, making it inedible, which was quite a surprise! Honestly, aside from the staff's negative attitude—which you really have to witness to believe—this place does have good food. Just imagine the most unfriendly, unsmiling expressions, as if we’re bothering them, and that’s the service you can expect. Also, it seems that most customers prefer takeout rather than dining in, possibly due to the uncomfortable atmosphere created by the staff."
