"I used to adore this restaurant; it was my favorite spot. Recently, I ordered Chile rellenos enchiladas and fajita meat through Uber Eats, but my experience was quite disappointing. The Chile rellenos enchiladas were overloaded with cheese, and there were still stems and seeds in them, which was really frustrating. To make matters worse, one of the enchiladas didn’t even have the Chile relleno!
The fajita meat was an even bigger letdown. Instead of the tender, marinated strips I expected, it was chopped like street taco meat and served dry, lacking any sauce or seasoning. There were hardly any peppers or onions, and to add insult to injury, the meat was drenched in guacamole and sour cream—neither of which was listed on the menu or requested. As someone who has food sensitivities to steak, I had no choice but to throw the whole dish away because of these unwanted ingredients.
I usually love their beans, but they tasted off this time, perhaps influenced by my disappointment with the rest of the meal. It’s incredibly frustrating when a restaurant alters your order without permission, especially when those changes can have serious health implications. I hope Uber Eats addresses this issue and ensures that restaurants follow customer requests. If there’s any doubt about condiments, it’s safest to request them on the side."
