"Disappointing. I'm unsure if 6:30 pm on a Friday is the wrong time to get Santiago’s, but $60 later, and the meals were less hearty than the local Taco Bell. Is this Santiago’s owned by the same owner of the Santiago’s in Fort Morgan? That was the quality and portion size I was anticipating. Hopefully, quality control can note the pictures below and provided feedback for improvement. The burrito was tiny, the enchiladas had barely any lettuce, and I counted two tomato slices. The chicken used on the street tacos was super dry and flavorless. The taquitos were bland and had the consistency of sand.I can’t stress enough that it has been a few years since I had Santiago’s in Greeley, and I was so looking forward to a delicious, filling Friday night dinner. Instead, I was left brokenhearted and $60 less in my bank account. Times are tough out there, and there are a lot of choices for eating out. Unfortunately, Santiago’s in Greeley will not be on my list of recommendations."

"I rarely give 1-star reviews, but this place was disappointing. It was odd that even though we were dining in, we had to stand and order at the front counter. The atmosphere was further disrupted by a loud vacuum cleaning the messy rugs nearby. The music was also very loud throughout our entire visit. This is not a gluten-free restaurant, as only tacos and tostadas are available without gluten. The salsa served with our tacos had a strange aftertaste with conflicting flavors. Additionally, we were surprised to discover that chips and salsa cost extra, and even more so to find a hair in our salsa (see picture). However, the green chili was delicious (not gluten-free). Overall, not a great experience."

"Edit: I've been back a few times since my last review, and I'm really disappointed to see the decline. The food has been cold and lacks flavor. During my last visit, there was confusion about who our server was. One of the Latino servers (on 4.20.24 around 11:30 am) seemed more interested in chatting and gossiping with coworkers than attending to customers. In contrast, the tall Caucasian woman with glasses was outstanding; she kept working and moving the entire time we were there while the others were busy talking loudly and laughing. The girl behind the counter in yellow was quite obnoxious, being loud and dismissive, and it felt like no one cared about what we wanted to order. It's really sad to see Santiago's slipping away like this. On a positive note, the restaurant is clean with friendly staff, and while the food is usually delicious, I was not satisfied with the Tacos Al Carbon this time. Overall, I've been a loyal customer of Santiago's for many, many years, but I'm starting to worry about its future."

"I went there last Saturday for Denver breakfast burrito day. The breakfast burritos were half off so $1.25 each and there was a limit of 5. It was on a Saturday and the chef's choice was bacon that day. . . This place sells tons of breakfast burritos daily and even more on this special day. They surely have a system in place and turn the food out fast.. . Service is efficient but not particularly friendly. The cashiers can be a little abrupt and kind of rude. The team that gives you your order when your number comes up is much better and friendlier. . . I think the burritos have slipped a little over the years, not nearly as good or as plentiful as I remembered and as I fell in love with way back when. Still passable but not nearly as wonderful as they used to be."
