"My wife ordered eggplant parmesan, but what we received was mostly spaghetti noodles with a light tomato sauce and tiny pieces that might have been eggplant, topped with a little melted cheese. The dish bore no resemblance to what was depicted on their website. When my wife pointed this out, the manager responded rather loudly, insinuating that she didn’t understand what eggplant parmesan was.
I have to wonder if this 50% owner is aware of tools like Google, which could help clarify menu items. As a small business owner, one should have patience, a good sense, and a commitment to maintaining quality. Unfortunately, this manager seems to lack those essential qualities.
When we asked for a refund, he dismissively informed us that it would not be possible. After over 15 years of ordering from this restaurant, I’ve seen a decline in customer service and overall quality, and if this is how they plan to run their business moving forward, I won't be returning."
