"This is the worst Chinese food in Delaware. Chicken is refried, not made daily and dry. You must request for the broccoli to be cooked or they will serve you raw broccoli and warm gravy. The Fried rice is just steamed yellow rice. Also they advertise one price then charge you another. Do not waste your time here. Go to any other restaurant."

"Such a wonderful experience! We chose to be seated in the regular indoor seating. They also offer Teppanyaki which looked great. Our order included some sake bombs, egg rolls, sushi, chicken friend rice, and sesame chicken. Not a single complaint! It wasall delicious ???? My partner had the Rainbow sushi which was fresh and well made. I enjoyed the egg rolls as an appetizer withleftovers to take home. My entree was chicken fried rice which was a decent serving with plenty to take home. My partner enjoythe sesame chicken which included broccoli. There was leftovers to take home. We also enjoyed some sake bombs, as is expected????"

"I take my mother as often as possible at this place, sometimes every other day. we get mostly Mongolian grill. it's perfect, I honestly can't think of a single complaining. fresh meat and vegetables, they season their food as they want and it is grilled right in front of them. the buffet is abundant with delicious food. the grill cookers are great, the service is impeccable and the restaurant is very clean. the prices are very reasonable and that says a lot nowadays! I understand why all prices are. I am here regularly and will always stay."

"I have lived in Stillwater for almost 5 years now. The owner and management team just changed, and the affects are evident. This used to be the spot for great Chinese food and great service. It is not anymore. We walked in (2 of us) and waited along with many others to be seated. The waitress was not very welcoming. I ordered egg drop soup, it came out lukewarm. We ordered beef lo mein and sweet and sour chicken, with a side of fried rice. Both meals were lukewarm, the lo mein was just noodles and beef, no vegetables at all, and no spice seasoning. The fried rice was just not good, it wasn’t hot, had no egg, no seasoning, and tasted bad. It was almost like they warmed up frozen meals from Walmart. We are really sad to see such a great restaurant go downhill so fast. Will not return and are really sad about it. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1"

"I have been going to this place for 10 years. The food was always delicious and the portions were huge. But about 3 or 4 years ago they changed egg rolls. They had delicious egg rolls but then they changed to this mushy frozen egg roll. I was disappointed but I kept going back but didn't order eggrolls anymore. As time went by the taste of the food was changing and it wasn't as good. But I went the other day and the food I ordered wasn't very good. My chop suey was ok but hubby wouldn't eat much of his usual meal that he used to love. He said it wasn't good. I ordered over 40 dollars worth of food that went in the trash. I generally love their hot and sour soup but it was like thick lumpy gravy! It was horrible. I don't know if they changed management or just cooks but I'm very disappointed that it's not my go to place anymore."

However, I had a very unpleasant encounter with Brandon, who identified himself as the manager on November 22, 2022. He was the most rude and disrespectful employee I have ever come across there. Today, he was unhelpful and informed me that he would not provide a credit despite a misunderstanding with my order. In the past, I’ve always been able to receive either a credit or some accommodations. Brandon's behavior today was unprofessional and quite unpleasant. This kind of poor customer service is detrimental to the business. If Brandon continues to work at the front counter, Fortune Cookie risks losing a significant number of customers."

"My girlfriend and I had dinner here tonight and later in the evening we have been feeling SO SICK from our meal here. Had the crab Rangoons that felt like they were just warmed up because they were not crispy nor did they taste fresh. My girlfriend had the sesame chicken entree and I had the orange chicken entree. Both dishes were luke warm when they came out. The past three times we’ve eaten at this Silver Lake location, it has been extremely disappointing and unappetizing. We ordered a Vietnamese crepe, crispy egg noodles, a combo rice bowl with orange chicken and kung pao chicken, and the house special fried rice. The crepe and the fried noodles were Vietnamese specialties that we hadn’t tried before. The crepe was crispy and filled, meant to be eaten wrapped in leafy lettuce. Personally, I found the crepe a bit oily. The fried noodles were nice and crispy, but I would have preferred more of the brown sauce. The seafood used wasn’t of premium quality, so the taste was just okay. The orange chicken was good, as was the fried rice."

"Went with a small group on a recent Saturday for what we thought was an early supper. When we arrived every spot with access to the train was taken and we had to wait about 25 minutes. I agree with other reviews that there are places in town with better sushi and better selection and more creativity, but this is such a fun concept that it needs to be experienced by everyone at least once. I had wanted to try this type of dining experience for years since seeing it in a movie. None of the plates I selected were bad at all and some were very good. Even though the most expensive plate is $5, costs can add up fast; but nothing out of line for sushi in Nebraska."
