"The restaurant scores a 6 out of 10, with 4 being just decent. It used to be good when the owners changed, but my last two experiences with their diniguan were the worst I've had in 50 years. When diniguan goes bad, they usually add a bit of vinegar, but this place seems to dilute it with water—it's clear from the watery surface. I visited just two hours after opening, so it should have been fresh, but it was still disappointing. I hope first-time visitors don't judge Filipino cuisine by this place. I felt tricked, even if it was just a few dollars spent. This is not authentic Filipino food based on taste, appearance, and texture. It feels like a poor imitation of what grandma would have taught. They seem to have put their own spin on a classic dish. Compared to Conching's, Tita's, or Seafood City in National City, CA, this place falls short. Even the food in Mira Mesa is better than this."
