"I don’t know where to begin to describe such a gloomy and obscure place. I will begin with the waiter, lady in black just scaring.. continuing with the elevators in which you have to pray to God to arrive safely… Now the food, the crab is only a tiny piece in the middle of tasteless melons. The duck came completely cold, we asked the scary waiter and she stared at us like in a terror movie… overall I would have gone to the Tower of terror in Disney.."

"My teenage daughter and I visited on Saturday, October for brunch before our matinee. The atmosphere and the food were definitely the best characteristics of this place. I was also pleased with the proximity to the theaters and appreciated the way we were greeted and seated promptly. The only disappointment was the lack of friendliness and attentiveness of our server. I have worked in the restaurant business, so I definitely respect the challenges within the food industry. It just seemed to be a slower time and we were both so friendly with her. She seemed annoyed with us from the moment we sat down. Maybe it was just a bad day. Overall, we did enjoy our brunch and may return or recommend Marseille to friends"

"I love the food and ambiance of this restaurant, but it’s not suited for an older, conservative crowd. We brought my parents here when they came to visit and my poor dad, a 35-year retired Army Col. , got a tad embarrassed when he was asked to remove his hat that had an American flag on it. I think it bothered me more than my dad, but it didn’t make the experience that great. Make sure you don’t wear hats."

"I would only recommend to a friend for the food, the food was great but they seemed to bring out more of the food than they did the bottomless drinks , we came for both and were slightly disappointed in the drink part of the bottomless... They offered bottomless mimosas and it seemed like were giving us less and less champagne every glass... and we only had 3 mimosas each (a group of 5). If you 're going to offer bottomless, at least be prepared. We had to ask them to put more champagne in our glasses because it was 95% orange juice."

"They had a few vegetarian options which I appreciate?although I would love to see maybe few more. I got the chickpea patty, burrata and the roasted potatoes. Chickpea patty was my absolute favorite?the texture was great, crispy but soft, loved thesauce under the patty as well. Burrata was fantastic as well, very well laid out over beats and squash. Roasted potatoes weren?tmy favorite but still pretty good?they had more smoky flavor than my palate is able to appreciate. Overall?would come back herenext time!"
