"I absolutely adore this restaurant! It has the best meats and barbecue in the area. Their pulled pork is amazing, and the food is consistently excellent. The staff is wonderful as well. They catered my 45th birthday party, and it turned out to be the best celebration ever, all thanks to Dickey's! I even visited on Valentine's Day in 2017. Plus, kids eat free on Sundays, making it one of my favorite spots in Pasadena!"

"Showed up about a half hour before they are slated to open (riding a motorcycle) so I was just hanging out till they open. Who I assume to be the manager/owner came out and asked me if I wanted to come in early and get some food. This was super nice. Also, the food is excellent. "Excellent, I highly recommend this barbecue establishment. I am a Texan and I know barbecue and this is great barbecue. Let's begin with the parking lot, there is plenty of parking as it is in a shopping Center parking lot and it is well lit and veryclean. The front of the store also very clean. Inside of the store Ultra Clean, please see the photos. There is a large postedmenu like a chalkboard that is easy to read. You stand in a cafeteria style line to order and at the register it is given to youand you pay with cash or credit or debit cards. If you are paying with cards it has a nice tap your card feature. The employeeswere Ultra nice and they welcome you to the restaurant. There is plenty of table seating. The walls are decorated with themedpictures. In the ceiling there are wagon wheels that operate as lighting fixtures and it adds to the barbecue atmosphere. Placeyour tray of food on the table that you choose and then walk over to the beverage machine where they have Coke and Dr Pepper andother self serve drinks. Next to the drink machine are three cattles of different types of barbecue sauce I tried all three andthey were delicious. Next to that is a napkin station also you can get your forks and spoons and accessories there and next tothat is an ice cream machine self-serve. There are men and women restrooms and they were Ultra Clean. That about wraps it up. Itook plenty of pictures that outlines everything I wrote about above. Salt Lake City has a homeless population problem and it'snot this establishments fault that the homeless walk through the parking lot. Based solely on that I would recommend that youalways lock the door of your car and make sure if you have anything in the car to cover it up. This is everywhere in the greaterarea of downtown Salt Lake City and again it's not this business's fault. Housing crisis has created a huge homelessnessproblem. Desperate people may do desperate things."

"I have brought over 70 friends and family to enjoy the best barbecue in the Tri-Cities. My wife and I have dined here every Friday for about a year. They serve ribs (my favorite), brisket, pork, turkey, chicken, sausage, and sides that cater to all ages. The deal of the day is a meat or sandwich with two sides and a drink for just $8.99. If you still have room, they even offer free ice cream. On Sundays, kids eat free with the purchase of an adult meal. This is truly a top-notch barbecue spot! Thank you, Dickey's!"

The combination of the perfectly crafted shell, flavorful marinated meat, and fresh vegetables with cheese keeps me returning for more. The meal is served with beans and rice, both of which are well-seasoned and delicious! The horchata is delightfully creamy and sweet, with just the right touch of cinnamon. "I expected more from a Texas bbq joint. The sliced brisket was 75 percent fat. I don't mind a little fat but c'mon! Two ribs and a small amount of pulled pork rounded up my order. It came with two sides so I got mac and cheese and potato salad. The sides were mediocre at best. The cheese on the mac and cheese could have been less watery. I expect bigger portions for the price I paid. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30"

"i ordered on the app. I picked up the food at the exact time it said it would be ready. my sandwich was good. I asked for onion to be added, but idk if they actually added it or not. it didn't taste like they did. my fries were extremely cold and one of them tasted almost frozen. the beans were nice and warm, at least. the spicy barbecue sauce is also really good. I'd say the price is decent for the fact that you get two sides with your entree, but they could do a bit better on quality control and making sure the food is all warm."

"Was unsure as soon as I walked in. Saw a few flies buzzing around the door. There was more flying around when I walked towards the counter to order. The entire place was filthy. Fountain drink machine looked terrible. The floors, baseboards, ceiling, vents ect all looked like they hadn't had a basic cleaning in a decade or so. The air vents were covered in dirt/mold. I left without ordering anything. If you can't keep the entrance and dining area clean, I can only imagine the kitchen. Health inspector should look into this."

"My favorite rib place is Famous Dave's, and you really can't find better ribs anywhere else. This spot was pretty close to that standard. The ribs were large and delicious. We would definitely return if we were craving ribs again. Unfortunately, it seems like the quality has declined over time. I had a feeling they would eventually lower their standards, just like some of the smaller barbecue joints. What we definitely didn't want was subpar barbecue. That's disappointing..."

"The brisket is very good, and most of the time the sides are very good. However, be mindful of the drive-thru. It is not great for the alignment or shocks. Additionally, it might be a little difficult to understand what's being said through the vintage sounding speaker if the person on the other end doesn't enunciate or has a thick accent. Customer service skills could be improved with a smile or a friendly tone... or just acknowledgment of a statement. I like Dickey's food, and I'd be willing to deal with the less than optimal drive- thru situation, but I think I'll find another store that has better service. Maybe the guy just didn't like that my husband explained he couldn't understand what was being said through the speaker. I don't know, but my husband wasn't being malicious. He was just stating a fact. I'm Latina and I couldn't understand what was being said without repetition. Anyway, that's my experience. Take it as you will."

"Wow what can I say the service was horrible the dude that took my order was on his personal phone for like 5 minutes before he came to take our order. Spent 95.00 dollars for 3 drinks a burger with fries that look like they were cooked in motor oil both times because the first time we got them they were cold,brisket burrito, two meat combo and half rack of ribs with mash potatoes that we never got and then there was the 27 minute wait to get the food, on a Sunday around 5:30pm the only good thing was the brisket was ok to much fat left on it but ok and the ribs were fantastic. If you'd like to wait for your food and have bad service, this is the price for you first time here last time here again, this is just my experience you might have something different"
