"I could not recommend them more! We did the Piedmont Italiano buffet, a few vegan options, the kids chicken nuggets w/mac cheese, apple sauce fruit cups. Everyone raved about the food and said it was some of the top wedding food they had ever had! They were super easy to work with and very affordable (especially for the Northern VA area)! The staff was so friendly and helpful during the event. They went out of their way to help us in other areas outside of catering! They were kind enough to offer help at the end of the vent as we were loading things out of the venue. It was so appreciated! They helped take away a lot of the stress during the day and they did it with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone having a large event or hosting a small party. I had looked at other caterers before booking with them, but their prices and reviews really were unmatched. We are so happy we went with them!"

"I ordered orange beef through UBER. When I opened the container, it only had 4 small slices of beef, 2 broccoli sprouts, and was not even half full. Our other order of Kung Pao chicken completely filled its container. In addition to only receiving half of our order, the orange chicken was terrible. When I called to inquire about the missing items, the manager insisted that the UBER driver had tampered with the food. I explained that the food was securely packaged and stacked properly, but the manager did not seem concerned or willing to address my complaint. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. "China Express offers a solid dining experience, particularly with their chicken dishes. While the prices have always felt a bit high to me, it might just be the standard for this area. The only downside I've encountered is with the dumplings—they’ve tasted undercooked both steamed and fried, to the point where I can't enjoy them, and I'm usually not a picky eater. Despite avoiding the dumplings, I'm always satisfied with the rest of the menu at China Express, even considering the cost."

"Shanghai Buffet never disappoints! While it's not the largest buffet with hundreds of items, the options they do have are really good. I prefer this place over others in the city because every dish offers a distinct flavor. The roasted rice and lo mein are particularly excellent. I understand there are concerns about dining out during COVID-19, but rather than avoid buffets altogether, I suggest they consider take-out options so they can enjoy their favorites in the comfort of their own clean and safe homes."

"Our first visit to this legendary tiki themed restaurant (and bar) did not disappoint! The amazing bay views and tiki decor provide the perfect setting for the attentive service and delicious food and of course tiki cocktails. In addition to the historic maitai, there are yummy non-alcoholic alternatives. Our table had two stir fries and burgers. All were delicious. They have a kid menu but our little chowed down on the sweet potato fries and fruit garnishes. Did I say the service was great? I'll say it again. We had attentive and friendly servers. Can't wait to go back. Kid-friendliness: They had a highchair, a kid menu and totally chill. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, wide aisles."

"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! They offer a variety of authentic menus, along with an American menu. I ordered the Basil Chicken with extra sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. I also sampled my friend's peppered chicken, which I believe was braised, and it was really good too! The family who runs the place (I think they are a family?) was so lively and enjoyable to interact with! It was a bit challenging to understand the woman at the counter at times, but once we started chatting, she was a lot of fun. Keep up the great work! I can't wait to make another trip there!"

"I’m from Arizona, so when I say I know bad service; I mean it. However, never have I ever been cut off after One Shot. At 7 pm at night, for mid tier shot of tequila. The bartenders name was Theo, and this was clearly the first bartending job he has worked. Threatening a customer for questioning why they’re cut off after a round of shots, before it’s even 9pm. "I hope people take this to heart. They really need a zero rating choice. This place has gone downhill fast and rudder too. Ordered sweet and sour shimp got dried out chicken. The bbq pork is like shoe leather, the crab ragoon we never got and the fried rice was soooo bland. When i called they were rude and would not replace it unless i drove the 18-20 miles back to town. To me that's pretty sad when I just got home from doctor's appointments with my parents. I know i should have checked if it was right but is'nt they responabity to make sure its correct. $35 flushed down the toliet will not be back."

"Completely disappointing. It was really unappetizing. We placed an order today and were not impressed at all. The food is even worse than typical mall Chinese food. It feels like they've purchased fake reviews because there's no way anyone with a functioning palate would give this more than one star. For reference, we ordered pepper steak, orange chicken, fried rice, and egg rolls."
