"The service at this Rosa's is quite different from the other locations in town. When we arrived, there was one car at the order booth and no one ahead of them, while a second car was behind. We were third in line, and it took an unusually long time to get through, especially considering there were just two cars in front of us. The cashier spoke so softly when giving us the total that we could barely hear it. Overall, it took much longer to receive our order than at other locations. We haven't even checked our food yet, and I'm starting to feel a bit disappointed…"
