"My parents opened Kwang Chow in 1979, and a few years ago, my brother and his wife took over the business, keeping the same menu and staff. I spent 24 years working there, and my siblings also worked alongside Kathy, who has been with us for an incredible 40 years! I recently had my final meal at the restaurant, marking the end of an era for our family. It's truly a bittersweet day.
