"PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BAKERY BOSS BAKERY . THEY OFFER HORRIBLE SERVICE TO PATRON. Please read this and you will understand. Too bad I can not give them a minus ten thousand stars. I walk into the bakery today after picking up some dim sum across the street at Three Stars Restaurant. I wanted to pickup a few thousand egg tarts and pork buns for my daughter 's after school sports program. You know how hungry kids can get after playing after school sports. I had a bad experience with the bakery staff when they opened up a few years back. The staff was totally unorganized then so I assumed that after a few years they may have worked out the kinks. Boy, I was so wrong. They are still rude and offer double standards to people they know and other customers that walks in. This is what happened today. I was there around noon time and there were a few customers waiting in line. I just stepped forward a bit and the gal behind me just step over the line and cut in front of me. The staff seen it and said nothing. Then this gal bought at least ten items. Being very observant and knowing the approximate pricing, I thought her bill would be around $20 but was astonished that the cashier told her it was only $12.00. The customer told the staff that she wanted certain items that the staff have to reach in to get like the egg tarts. She wanted the one all the way in front of the counter. The staff complied. When I came to the counter, I asked if i can have those unblemished egg tart in front of the case. The female cashier refuse to comply. I ask why did she do it for the customer in front of me, she refuse to comply and wanted to give me the egg tarts that had quite a bit of blemish. I told her why i did not get the same service as the previous customer and she just snarl at me. I guess I caught her NOT TREATING ALL CUSTOMER EQUALLY . Well I never going to patronize Boss Bakery ever until they learn to treat all customer equally. I just walked out and went to the other bakery further up on Noreiga. I really like to give my business that treats patrons nice and equally. For these afternoon program, my usually order is three dozen pork buns and another three dozen egg tarts. Too bad I will be patronizing your competitors. Businesses have to realize the need for customer. Without customers patronizing your business, you business may not exist. Offering rude services does not help. One day, customers will patronize your competitors. Just remember that your business will not exist without our patronage. If you are the business owner, think about how I was treated by your cashier. If you were me, would you go back and patronize this business. You have many competitors within a mile radius, many of your competitor would love to see one less bakery."

"25 May ‘24 0930 Ordered breakfast for the family. Three western omelettes $9.95 each made with two eggs and came with grits and toast. The western omelettes came with bell pepper, ham, onion, and cheese? didn’t see or taste any cheese. Also ordered two hashbrown deluxe $9.50 each came with meat choice, onions, mushrooms, broccoli. The grits were gritty, way undercooked, no where near to thick and creamy. In my opinion omelettes should be nice and thick and fluffy, these omelettes were flat. The order came with butter and jelly. We got everything we ordered so that’s a plus. It was good enough but nothing I’ll be coming back for."

"On Mother's Day, I ordered $32 worth of food through Uber Eats, but I received a call from the restaurant after I included a request for lox and scallion cream cheese in the order comments since it wasn't listed on the app. I had ordered it before, so I knew they offered it. A woman from the restaurant told me to cancel my entire order because it would "lose money" to send me just that bagel. I had chosen the bagel and lox, which is the most expensive option, to offset any additional costs. It's unbelievable that they would be so greedy over 50 cents extra and ask me to cancel the order, knowing that Uber Eats would still charge me 95% of the total. This place deserves no business! Please avoid this greedy establishment – their customer service is incredibly poor!"

"The Breakfast Place is like a worse Waffle House. It smelled good when we first walked in, but the area our table was in smelled gross. Here’s what we got: Coffee $1.95 : Good. 2 Eggs with Meat bacon , sub hashbrowns $5.75 95¢ : Bacon and eggs were fine. Hashbrowns were from a package. One Buttermilk Pancake $1.75 : Fine. A little battery in the middle. Egg and Cheese Biscuit $3 : The bottom half of the biscuit was very hard and almost impossible to bite into. Egg and cheese were fine. Service was good and quick! We were in and out in less than 25 minutes. In Covid times, staff were wearing masks, albeit one employee had hers below her nose. They don’t require masks. There were syrup bottles on the table, which is gross even before coronavirus, but especially gross now. It was cheap, but the food was less than average. We wouldn’t go back."

"This is a Turkish restaurant and our favorite is the Lahmacun (aka Turkish pizza), a single order is 2 pizzas. This pizza doesn’t have cheese, uses lamb and so delicious. It takes about 10 minutes to make so order online first if you don’t want to wait in line."

"I ordered the triple crown omelette which came with ham sausage and bacon and cheese inside and it was perfectly done. It also came with a choice of toast which I ordered raisin toast of course, and a side of hash browns or grits and I went for grits and butter. Everything was really good. All of the servers that were working there were very pleasant and smiled a lot and very attentive. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of their food. They have an extensive menu!! "Bluffton was definitely in need of a restaurant like this. Its prime location makes it perfect for offering a wide range of breakfast, brunch, and lunch options in a clean, spacious environment that welcomes guests from nearby communities. The service was outstanding; I saw seven servers attending to customers, which is a great plus. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is that, while they have several chicken dishes, there were no grilled options, and many items were fried. Personally, I prefer meals with protein, fruit, and oatmeal for a healthier choice. Still, if you’re in the area, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. It delivers exactly what you expect from an omelet café and more."

"This restaurant offers an extensive selection of items for pickup or delivery. Whatever you’re in the mood for, they will accommodate your request. The staff are incredibly friendly and are dedicated to ensuring you get exactly what you want. Each order is freshly prepared when you place it, and they also accept phone orders for those in a hurry. I highly recommend trying the smoothies or fresh juices, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The only downside is that the space isn’t very large, so it can get crowded quickly, and they are no longer open 24 hours, though their hours are still quite reasonable."
