"I travel a bunch. East to west coast. I live in Georgia so I know good bbq. The pulled pork was so greasy I could only eat a bit or two. The baked beans had to of been dumped in the warmer straight from a can. Mac and cheese pie…. Such a disappointment noodles cooked 3X too long and way too greasy. The calabash chicken wasn’t bad. Why I ask why are there hush puppies with this plate? This is not good bbq or anything. Please do yourself a favor and if you want bbq go somewhere else."

"Disappointing visit. My husband and I went to Oakcrest for lunch today. Rather, we attempted to get lunch today. We walked in, seated ourselves as the sign directed. And waited. Two servers walked past us multiple times. They went to the back and seemed to look over the dining room, but never saw us. One stood there drinking a glass of tea as she glanced around. But no one seemed to recognize that anyone had walked in and taken a seat. We were the only people there that had no drinks, napkins, or silver that should have been a pretty good indication that we needed service. We finally stood and made our way back to the door and still no one spoke. Last chance to gain these steady customers. Edited to respond to owner's response. Indeed. Mistakes happen. We all make them. Perhaps this could be a good learning opportunity for your staff. Walking around, drinking their ice tea and not appearing to care about doing their job should not be the priority in any customer service situation. Someone walking in for the first time should be greeted and not made to feel invisible. These servers cost you our two lunches that day, along with future business."

"I typically use the drive-thru, but I decided to dine in for the first time yesterday, and I have to say that the customer service was terrible. I wasn’t acknowledged at all; I sat at a table for ten minutes without anyone saying hello or even letting me know they would be with me shortly. Frustrated, I decided to leave, and as I was walking out, an older woman just looked at me without asking if there was an issue. No one spoke a word to me the entire time. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I won’t be dining in again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else."

"Small, but the biggest and best hamburger in the area, North Park's hidden jewel. absolutely the tastiest French Fries ever! I am a food critic, their takeout was huge, my party of 3 decided to eat inside, luckily we had a table, Our brief 11 minute wait for our order was handled efficiently while taking roughly 25/30 other orders and the slew of pick up/take out. "My family is Lebanese and usually only traditional meals around the holiday. Anaam is a wonderful stop to taste authentic Lebanese at a pretty good price. My favorite is the hummus and the pita, I never had a brand or restaurant make it as smooth and tasty as they do! I love the staff, every time I come into them, they are so friendly and welcoming, they are in random conversations with them all the time and it is wonderful!"
