"I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude, which was surprising because it wasn't particularly busy. When I was trying to explain my order, the chef cut me off in a really abrupt way. There's nothing worse than feeling rushed through your order at a NYC bodega, only for things to get messed up afterward. I ordered some fresh orange juice, and the cashier gave me a hard time for not pre-ordering it before I paid. I don't see why that matters, as it only took a minute to prepare. I apologize for not being familiar with your rules and processes—I'm just trying to pay for my juice and be on my way. During my entire visit, I felt like I wasn't welcome there. It's close to my apartment, but I'd much rather go somewhere else where the staff is friendly and I don’t feel like I need to earn the privilege of being a customer."
