"I don’t mean to be harsh or hurt the owners' feelings; in fact, I hope they read this review and make improvements. I genuinely do not want to have to drive to Stillwater, as your location is incredibly convenient. Please, I urge you to enhance your food quality. I want to return.
I suggest you visit Thai Basil, pick up their food, and have your chefs prepare the same dishes in your kitchen. Compare your green curry with theirs and see the vast difference for yourself. You are worlds apart in quality. I implore you to rethink your ingredients, recipes, or even your kitchen staff if necessary. If all your customers had the chance to taste Thai Basil, you would likely find yourself in serious trouble.
I only supported your restaurant because of its proximity and convenience, but even now as I write this hungry, I can’t bring myself to endure another disappointing meal. Each time, I hoped it would be different, that perhaps I’d chosen the wrong dish or that it was just a bad day for the kitchen—but no more. Repeated failures have broken my trust in your food.
Please read this and take it seriously; make the necessary changes. I truly want you to succeed and to be able to tell my friends and family that I live next to the best Thai restaurant in the Twin Cities! Please, take action. I’d even be willing to bring Thai Basil’s food to your restaurant so we can compare their takeout with what you offer, side by side. I’m tired of making the drive to Stillwater, but the food there scores an 8/10 while yours is only a 2/10. I've taken the time to write this because I genuinely care about seeing you improve."
