"We used to love this place, but that changed on the night of Friday, December 10. My friend, who is a regular, called in to place an order for two Italian subs—one without roasting, with pickles and hot peppers, and the other also without roasting, without any extras. He also requested mayo on one and light oil on the other, since I have an allergy to mayo. When I called to address a mistake with our order, the owner was incredibly rude to me. I know Tom, I know what he ordered, and I clearly heard what he asked for. I couldn't believe how he treated me, especially on a Friday night after we’ve always been loyal customers. Instead of making things right, he became extremely defensive and told me that if we wanted a proper meal, we would have to pay for a whole new order. Our experience went from five stars to one, and honestly, it deserves less than that. It was a nasty call from the owner to regular customers, which sealed the fate of this terrible review. It’s such a shame. My friend would never order pickles because he dislikes them, and I was with him when he ordered."
