"This place was so quaint! The Staff was very friendly! And most importantly I got such a great discount using my trusty “Food For All” app, so I HIGHLY recommend you pick up here using that! I brought my own container to cut down on waste, plus I just like it better if I’m doing “take out” and the guy was very nice about it and happy to accommodate! I’ve been to the Bryant park location and loved it so I was most excited for this, and they did not disappoint! Definitely a top spot in my list, and love that they are partnering with “Food For All” to be more sustainable! Also, pro tip, using the app and I picked up at almost closing the very nice guy gave me a little extra food?? I will most definitely return!"

"It?s not the same Dong Hae Korean BBQ I used to know. Food: 4.5/5 Quality tender beef and fresh seafood. Marinated just right, not too salty. Portion seems to be small (probably due to inflation) with higher price. Service: 3/5 Waiters used to serve foodthe first round but they don?t do that anymore. Their service charge is automatically 18% for group 5+. Waiters no longer weartheir restaurant uniform. Our waitress wore yoga pant with open belly top just like she came out of a yoga class. Also note theycharge 4% for card payment. The new location has a convenient parking but have to pay for $5/4 hours. If you happen to dine outon Vikings game night, it?s hard to find near parking as expected. It took me half an hour to find a parking spot. The newlocation decor is not as nice as it used to be. The vibe is no longer there. Given the price of the meats hike up and the notso great dining experience, I?d hesitate to come back."

"We've eaten here many times. The food used to be excellent and good pricing. I think the prices are getting pretty out of hand for what you get, I'm not sure we'll be back. 3 plates of noodles, a California roll and 3 sodas was almost $70."

"First time here! Great service. The food was hot and fresh. The only downfalls were the Crab Rangoon's. They were a bit on the thick and doughy side. Not a fan of how they folded these ones. The only other thing is the receipt states 5 pieces with the sesame balls, but you only get 3 per order! The spicy chicken could be spicier. You get plenty of food with your order. Everything was really good. It is good enough to look forward to coming back when we are through Salem. They will always be a plus in my book since my favorite item is the sesame balls. These ones seem to be made differently than the rest of the ones we have had. They were not overly greasy or doughy! For us they were perfect little balls of goodness! :"

"I am not sure I want to know what's in the salad dressing because its so sweet and delicious (and I see you can buy it in a bottle! The salad itself is basic iceberg mix but the dressing makes up for it. Huge portion of all white meat chicken teriyaki hit the spot today. I'm not a dark meat fan so this was especially nice to have the option! Lots of choices, fast service, convenient location. Also open on Sunday!"

"Now, onto the food: I ordered the spicy teriyaki chicken bento box, which came with soup, salad, shrimp vegetable tempura, a California roll, rice, and of course, the spicy teriyaki chicken. Everything was fantastic! I'm particular about how my chicken is prepared, and I appreciated the option to substitute white meat for dark meat. My colleague ordered the same dish but opted for regular chicken teriyaki, and she also loved her meal. The portions were generous, and we made the most of it! I only wish I lived closer. However, I will definitely return the next time I'm in town for work! To top it all off, when we were leaving, she insisted on holding the door open for us. The customer service here is truly exceptional!"

"For around a year, I would call in and order the same thing from here twice a week. I liked the Chicken Katsu bento and worked near by, so it was convenient and quick. The price was pretty good too. One day I went to pick up my usual order, and after they handed me the food, I went through my purse to pay and realized my wallet was gone. I explained that I could pay for it next time since I come in every Thursday and Friday. They said no and asked for the food back. It was a $10 meal, and they must have either re-served it to someone else or just thrown it away. I wouldn't normally have an issue with a restaurant not giving it to me, but I had been coming in on a regular basis and left a decent tip on my pickup orders every time, so I thought that was pretty tacky. I haven't been back since and won't be back."

"We ordered for dine-in and I could see why so many people came in to pick up take out. Not only are the portions huge but the urge to lick your plate clean is strong. I don't know what's in the sauce but it's better than any I've had before. The service was incredible, so very friendly! We drive to the Fred Meyers further from us due to the chance to pick up dinner here. It's unassuming from the front but trust me, the magic is saved for the food over flash."

"I have been going to this place for takeout for over 15 years. The food has been consistently good. My family favorites are the teriyaki chicken, pork yakisoba, pad thai, sweet and sour chicken, and a side of prawn tempura. There are many more items on the menu, but we have not tried them my wife and kids are particular about having their favorites. The restaurant is small and can be busy around dinner time call in your to go order beforehand. Tip: Depending on who answers, the person's mastery of English may not be the best. Speak slowly and be patient. :"

"This restaurant offers a clean and inviting ambiance, creating a lovely atmosphere. The menu is straightforward, yet diverse enough to make selecting a meal an enjoyable experience. I can easily see myself coming back, possibly around once every three months. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with the value for money concerning the price, portion sizes, and flavor. "Never have I ever, had a poor experience here at Miyako's. I've been to every teriyaki restaurant within a fair radius of my home and this one always has me coming back! The hostess is always friendly and the food always comes out delicious. Always. I don't even bother going to other locations at this point personally. Simply put, if you're debating on trying this restaurant out... To quote Shia LaBeouf, just do it! You won't be disappointed. Or I would at least be shocked if you were!"

"The portion of noodles was enormous; it took me three sittings to finish it all. I could have tackled it in one go had I not ordered other dishes, but it was impressively large and full of great flavors. My wife and child enjoyed their meals as well, and I believe this will become our go-to spot. The Gyoza was good too—nothing out of the ordinary, but solid quality. Going forward, I can see this being a regular place for us. The only minor drawback I noticed was the size of the teriyaki dish. I ordered a large portion, but it didn’t seem quite as large as I expected compared to what I've experienced at other restaurants offering large sizes. That said, it's just a small complaint. This restaurant came highly recommended by a friend who shares my passion for food, and he was absolutely right!"

"I ordered 11 pieces of shrimp tempura, but only received 4 pieces as a side order. I tried explaining to the cashier that I paid for the full 11 pieces and requested the rest of my order. They assured me they would provide the remaining shrimp tempura. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized they had given me vegetable tempura instead of the shrimp I had ordered. Additionally, the quality of the food was not up to par with what it used to be. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again."

"The restaurant offers a great variety of Asian dishes and an excellent selection of beverages. "Ordered $58 worth of carne Asada quesadilla’s they brought us out chicken. When we told and showed them we ordered and paid for carne Asada. They told us it would be out. They never brought it. When we went back up to ask about it. The owner told us we get what we got and that’s final. We again showed him what we paid for and what we ordered. A hand he pulled out the hand written ticket (in his own writing) he said we made the wrong food yes but once it was set at your table it’s now your order. I continued to tell him no that’s not how it works. I asked him if he orders a hamburger and gets eggs instead would that be acceptable. He said no. Then he proceeded to say. “People think Mexicans are the problem. But it’s you people always trying to scam Mexicans. I wish you people would stop coming to Mexican restaurants and told us to try Taco Bell next time”. Myself being white and the company I was with being a mix of Mexicans and blacks. The owner then proceeded to call the Mexicans with me fake Mexicans and should be ashamed of the company they keep. Mind you all of us speak Spanish as well. He finally made the food and told us. Then he told us was going to put all of us on social media claiming to be scammed. Two other tables, the cook and the security guard all took up for us.This racial tantrum and unwillingness to correct the error of their own admittance. Was completely uncalled for. I have been dining here for 10yrs atleast once a month and have turned several people onto them.I find myself torn on what’s more disgusting. The owners behavior and racial remarks or the feces smeared urine saturated bathrooms."

They must be mixing the fresh chicken w/ older chicken. Because I did not want to get sick, I attempted to return this order. The woman the counter was hostile. She them yelled back to the cook are you using old chicken? She reluctantly refunded my . I will be reporting her to the Health Department. Eat at your own peril... "

"Can I give 6 stars? Stopped in for lunch and had the #15, Chicken and beef teriyaki. Was pleased to find out that a can of soda came with the meal. After a short wait, food was brought out and I dive into the salad. I'm a bit if a House Dressing snob and this place has the best House Dressing I've had. Had to buy some to take home with me. The chicken and beef were amazing. Only complaint is that the two scoops of rice, normally adequate, wasn't enough for the quantity of meat that was on the plate. They definitely don't skimp on the meat. Teriyaki sauce was spot on, just the right combo of sweet and spicy."
