"We used to love this place so much. I know they change owners and still liked the food. But yesterday, I had a bad experience with the guy working there. I am Mexican and I love spicy food. It used to be my numer 1 place for spicy chicken, but the last time I tried it it was kind of sweet only not spicy, so this time I asked my husband to tell the guys to make it a little more spicy and he did. He asked my husband if we wanted their special spicy chicken and I was ok with it because I thought since it was an ansian food restaurant I was specting asian red Chilli sauce, Sriracha etc. When I took the first bite all I could taste was the Carolina reaper sauce. I love spicy food but this chicken was not edible at all. I asked my husband to try it and he couldn't. I could only take one bite. So I went and told the guy what had happened. I told him I love spicy food but sorry that chicken was just not edible. He was upset right away and told me in a rude way that he could not exchange it or give me my money back, I told him I could pay for my order since thats what I told my husband initially, that if they didn't want to change it for another plate I was gonna order just a teriyaki plate. The guy got mad because I told him I was not expecting carolina reaper sauce in an Asian dish, common sence, and that he should have told my husband initially that the dish was made with that type of sauce. He just kept telling me that that's why he told my husband it was really spicy and that he could get rid of my food for me and if I was going to order something else. At this point I felt so uncomfortable to order more food since he was being rude. When I left he was being so sarcastic telling me bye, bye have a good night. Something like that. As I was leaving, he started talking about what had just happened to the guy that was behind me. And that was the worst part, that's not how you treat your costumers. "Update in response to owner: I don 't think GrubHub is responsible for how the order is bagged. You put too much into one bag. There was also excessive sauce in the spicy teriyaki. The spilling and the tumbling of the salad into the spilled liquid is a result. The GrubHub driver also didn 't choose to call a bit of lettuce a salad salad generally means more than just lettuce, even if it 's just some carrot and shredded cabbage for color. GH also didn 't make the sweet and sour chicken overcooked. You may be right that GH is slow and maybe I should consider other services but these things, I think, can 't be blamed on them. I 've learned my lesson, don 't buy from any Teriyaki place, no matter how highly rated. I don 't know if you hate GrubHub or customers but I 'm not inclined to be a repeat customer. 1. Sloppy, sticky mess in the bottom of the bag you stacked WAY too much in there, cartons tumbled (salad almost fell into the sticky pool and the spicy teriyaki leaked everywhere. 2. Don 't put so much in a single bag. If you need a bag charge, I 'll pay it. 3. Salad means more than lettuce. If you 're selling lettuce, say so. 4. No dressing means no dressing . If you are food fascists who don 't accept changes, just put NO CHANGES, STUPID CUSTOMER on your ordering system (and I 'll go elsewhere. 5. Sweet and sour chicken: Overcooked chicken, soggy breading. 6. Hot and spicy chicken teriyaki: Too much sauce, it made a sloppy mess in the bag. 7. Stir fried veggies: Basic, ok. 8. Egg rolls are greasy and not crisp."

"Ordered $58 worth of carne Asada quesadilla’s they brought us out chicken. When we told and showed them we ordered and paid for carne Asada. They told us it would be out. They never brought it. When we went back up to ask about it. The owner told us we get what we got and that’s final. We again showed him what we paid for and what we ordered. A hand he pulled out the hand written ticket (in his own writing) he said we made the wrong food yes but once it was set at your table it’s now your order. I continued to tell him no that’s not how it works. I asked him if he orders a hamburger and gets eggs instead would that be acceptable. He said no. Then he proceeded to say. “People think Mexicans are the problem. But it’s you people always trying to scam Mexicans. I wish you people would stop coming to Mexican restaurants and told us to try Taco Bell next time”. Myself being white and the company I was with being a mix of Mexicans and blacks. The owner then proceeded to call the Mexicans with me fake Mexicans and should be ashamed of the company they keep. Mind you all of us speak Spanish as well. He finally made the food and told us. Then he told us was going to put all of us on social media claiming to be scammed. Two other tables, the cook and the security guard all took up for us.This racial tantrum and unwillingness to correct the error of their own admittance. Was completely uncalled for. I have been dining here for 10yrs atleast once a month and have turned several people onto them.I find myself torn on what’s more disgusting. The owners behavior and racial remarks or the feces smeared urine saturated bathrooms."
