"This review focuses solely on the service I received during my recent visit. A few nights ago, our server, Bonny M., was perhaps the rudest waiter I have ever encountered. When I ordered wine and asked for options like “x, y, z, etc.,” he responded sarcastically, “I don’t know, can you?” implying that my grammar was wrong. Later, when we sought clarification on the cheese plates, he offered another condescending reply. It's important to note that no one in our group spoke to him disrespectfully or did anything to provoke this behavior. The fact that gratuity was automatically included might have contributed to his lack of hospitality, but regardless, this experience was off-putting enough for me to hesitate in returning to Bibi, despite my love for the wine and atmosphere. If anyone from management is reading this, I urge you to address this issue with the server, as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has faced this kind of treatment."
