"Ordered a 1/2 sub with roast beef and swiss. Asked if they could add cole slaw and russian. At least three times I said 1/2 sub, or 1/2 sub roll. Paid $11 for it, which seems reasonable for one of their usually large subs. Got home and found a smallsandwich on rye bread. Interesting, especially since I paid $11 for it. Called them and they said I had ordered a roast beefspecial which is a sandwich, not a sub. Ok, no I didn 't, but ok. Then I asked about the price and they told me that the special is an $11 sandwich. It 's like half the food of what I ordered. I 'm sorry, at other places this little, not overflowingwith meat sandwich would be $8 or $9 and would come with chips. Even their online menu says that the sandwich should have been7.75. The food is good, their mistake was honest and no big deal, but if this is the price they really charge it 'sunreal. Edit: Owner reached out with a credit and apology. Still not sure why it was $11 instead of $7.75, but I appreciatethe effort."

"Had an awesome Reuben here last week !! Wanna try one of the specials next time. All the reviews are true. Samples , check (got a slice of cheese and a pickle spear. Friendly service, check! Great food , check ! If you are looking for something fast and fancy (not that they need an update, but they could use a good clearing out or reorganiztion with someone like me with OCD this ain't the place for you. Looking for good food , definitely the place to go. I posted the special menu check it out before going. Don't be in a rush. Good food takes time. I got lucky came after lunch rush and before dinner rush and waited patiently while my Reuben was in the little oven !"

"SUPER DISAPPOINTED! We have ordered from this particular Lees often and the last two times the order was wrong! I never called the first time as I understand things happen from time to time but tonight we ordered delivery and my hoagie was wrong. We specifically said what we wanted and did not want on the hoagie two different times to be sure it would be correct.I called the store as we got it delivered and asked to talk to a manager..They put a ?Closer? on and I explained the situation and he immediately said no I don?t think we put mayo on it. There is clearly mayo on it. He was super rude, super dismissive and never once apologized! He said, ?Lady I don?t know what you want me to do?? As he was speaking to me another employee was screaming in the background, ?Lady we gotta close the store?? It wasn?t even closing time and who screams at a customer! I NEVER write bad reviews but the way I was spoken to was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! He didn?t even credit my credit card for the hoagie..he said he would put a credit next time I order which I never will again! We have spent a ton of money at this location over time and I cannot believe you allow your employees to speak this way to customers!!"

"I ordered a pepper turkey hoagie with mayo, lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, hot pepper seeds, and oil. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the hot pepper seeds, and the turkey didn’t taste peppery at all. There was also far too little meat compared to the abundance of toppings. The layering of the hoagie made it difficult to enjoy a proper bite—either I ended up with a mouthful of cheese, very little meat, and bread, or just toppings with no meat at all. I had to open it up and rearrange the layers myself. The taste was alright, but not worth the price, although I think it had potential. The presentation definitely overshadowed the flavor. Since I ordered for pickup, I wonder if it would be better to order in person next time, so I can address any issues on the spot. Additionally, I’m not a fan of gourmet turkey, yet that’s what ended up on my hoagie despite specifically ordering a pepper turkey hoagie."
