"It was my first time eating hand-pulled noodles and Shang Artisan Noodle didn?t disappoint. It?s a small, intimate space so come early! The menu isn?t huge but what they make, they do excellently! The service was fast, friendly and the servers went out of their way to accommodate my requests, even though they got really busy after we arrived. We ate steamed beef dumplings, pan fried dumplings filled with pork and cabbage, cucumber salad, Dan Dan sauced Noodles with minced pork and Pork Belly Noodle soup. Everything was delicious, and well seasoned. They even altered the spiciness of the Dan Dan noodles for me, to a mild level, and it was very tasty. I saw a lot of people ordering food to go. There is also a Yelp check-in option. They have counter seating, where you can see the kitchen at work and the noodles being pulled?.and a few small tables. If you?re coming with a party bigger than 4, I would call ahead and let them know. They appear to be more than willing to accommodate people despite the small space. Highly recommend this wonderful place."
