"i ordered the oxtail beef noodle soup and i also tried their herbal chicken noodle soup (not pictured). both were very solid dishes (i’d rate the oxtail 4 out of 5 and the herbal chicken 5 out of 5). the broth for both was light but savory and had a home-cooked, rustic feel. the oxtail had small chunks of meat that were full of flavor and beefy goodness; however, if there’s one dish i’d recommend from here it’s their herbal chicken noodle soup— the broth is so incredibly good (definitely hit the spot for me, a soup enthusiast). noodle texture for both were on the softer side (i typically prefer a bit more bounce). i’d say my desire for this style of cooking is definitely more dependent on my mood/feel—perfect for the winter season or if you’re sick!"
