"For our second visit, the host and staff cordially seated us in the dining room, attended to us promptly and afforded us a personal visit from the friendly owner. We had read that alcoholic beverages are now being served, a wonderful and anticipated change from our first visit. Bottled water with a basket of pita and chopped marinated red pepper were offered as a complimentary starter while we reviewed the options for our meals. The menu is extensive and the portions are ample. For an appetizer, my wife I enjoyed authentic falafel with humus and arugula accompanied with a sour cream topping. Unlike what we’ve eaten in other restaurants that serve this delicacy, our appetizer was savory, nicely presented and tasted better than any we’ve had in the Capital District. For our main dishes, my wife, a vegetarian, had the eggplant salad platter with baby baked potatoes, cherry tomatoes, ample cheese topping and a sizable green salad. My dinner meal was the branzino filets, delicately and artfully arranged mashed potatoes and a green salad. Both meals were served on large plates and very hot. Neither plate had any leftovers! Completing our meal were a serving of pistachio baklava and a pot of decaffeinated rooibos tea. The ambiance and excellent service by Sean made for an extremely favorable impression on us during this follow up visit. Needless to say, we highly recommend this restaurant, and we’ll be back!"

"I went here after a surgery today for some Greek fries for the first time ever. It?s my favorite food and so I wanted it as a comfort post op and the experience was terrible. Obviously because of covid the sauce is packaged separately but I was expecting Tzatziki or a white sauce of the like and I received feta covered ketchup. Which I get it if mistakes are made, there were some fairly young people taking care of the food so they could have been in training, but when I went back after arriving home to find the mistake they were closed. It was only 2 minutes past even though it said online they close at 9:00 they closed an hour before. People were still inside so I asked my cohort to go and get it fixed or ask for a refund (as I am disabled and would have struggled to get out of the car) and rather than assist they turned us away and left me with the sad excuse for Greek fries. I paid more than six dollars for less fries than I could get in a large at McDonald?s for three dollars. The only difference was that these are poorly cooked and had feta on top. Not to mention they didn?t have change so I paid extra because they didn?t have enough to return (which I was totally ok with). Overall it was terrible service and bad food that was incorrectly advertised. I am very dissatisfied and I hope that they are able to clean their act up in the future."

"My wife and I got a lamb and chicken gyro with a large fries and a drink. Total came to $35, expensive but not unreasonable I guess? However, the large gyros are just two of their small gyros wrapped together. If you 're going to advertise a 10 inch wrap (that 's what was told to me) then it should have a 10 inch diameter, not two 5 inch wraps added together. Also, the meat seemed to be pre cut or pre processed in uniform sizes rather than sliced off a spit. The flavor was alright but lacking in quality and quality. Wouldn 't recommend. On the positive side, nice crispy fries with some old bay seasoning and great service from the gentleman working the counter. I might recommend trying some of their other sandwiches but not their gyros. For the math nerds out there, 3.14 X 2.5^2 X 2 just under 40. 3.14 X 5^2 just under 80... Where 's the rest of my pita?!?"

"This used to be my 5 star Gyro joint. Today, not so much. We waited 45 minutes to get our food a chicken shawarma plate and a gyro plate. Price was about $40. Pretty pricey for lunch for two. Two other parties that ordered after us were served first, not sure why. It was odd. One of them received baklava for having to wait. We were not offered any such concession. Food was still good but the kitchen was not on their game today. It 's almost like the place is struggling one of the light bulbs was out in the bathroom, the digital menu boards were not functioning, the physical menus don 't have current pricing, the QR code menu didn 't work... Another strange thing when asked here or to go? We said here, as did the two parties that were served before us but we all got our meals served in styrofoam boxes. But, the party that was already there eating had plates. I was kind of baffled on that one.I 'd possibly return but I 'll keep my eyes on the reviews to see if they return to their former service levels before I decide."

"Hmmm Please please please do not go by the location or the decor outside. It's small place with a big taste and quality. Watching the family taking care of the food so closely makes me feel home. Now the Food, Greek spices are subtle and fresh. It's not like my own Indian overwhelming curry stuff ; And man this place brings it out and proves it. I just love going back there. Gyro is carved out off a live gyro station and it is fresh. Grilled veggies are done right. The sauces are a perfect complement to the homemade taste in any of their dishes. Portion is more than satisfying and their service is very accommodating. Kids love it. Can't ask for anything more. Enjoy!"

"wanted to come here long ago, especially to see what this is about. authentic Greek food in its finest. chicken souvlaki, freshly cut tomato and gurken and salat was fresh. had a series of lemon potatoes, which were only sensational and a side order of lamb gyro, also delicious. it is a ten round with taking out a small break - the pita brot consists of milk! no other Greek restaurant that I was to serve pita w/ milk in it. that was not too sweet, but everything else was excellent as the photos and I will come back. at last was the customer service and attention over par!"

"We had a delightful and delicious experience at the restaurant. My friend and I shared the Zeus Platter, which offered a fantastic selection of appetizers and main dishes, including lamb, chicken kebab, moussaka, and pastitsio, along with sides and pita bread. Everything was perfect for sharing. For dessert, we indulged in a huge portion of a fabulous dish featuring phyllo dough on the bottom and a rich custard on top, although its name was quite lengthy! My friend enjoyed Greek coffee while I had a cappuccino. The staff were incredibly friendly, leading us in dances throughout the evening. We were also entertained by a lovely young lady performing belly dancing and a fun lesson in Greek plate smashing to wrap up the night. Overall, we all had an amazing evening!"

"overall we were not satisfied with our eating. the service was excellent, the atmosphere was charming. our appetizers the 3 dives were somewhat pasty and thick and the aromen were eh. the hummus was 't like anyone I had before, as it was thicker and not creamy as I like it. the grilled otopus was the empty of the grilled charcoal flavor I love. it was 't charcoal at all, almost boiled softly and it had a soak on it that had a strange taste. my scallops were in a butter sauce I knew before I ordered them, but it was drowned in the butter sauce so it wasn't something I could eat. other people on my party had a similar experience. the bronzino was very decent, but at best very average. the best part of the meal was the desert. the lemon cake was excellent and the chopped winning blueberry baklava was very tasty and tasty. presentation adorable! although it tasted nothing like baklava. Unfortunately, I was disappointed overall, especially after reading so many high reccs from facebook. fortunately, I was in good company and enjoyed my evening, although eating was short."

"The restaurant has a strip mall vibe, but the food is plentiful and delicious. The service was excellent during a quiet lunchtime. While the vegetables seemed steamed, they were a bit overcooked for my taste. However, the chicken kabob meal was substantial and very flavorful. The lemon soup was tasty, though I thought it was a bit heavy on the turmeric compared to other authentic lemon soups I've tried. The Greek fries were a standout! If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely return to explore more items on the menu."

"Great food with a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere! Dade City ABC Pizza being reviewed. I find the Zephyrhills ABC more crowded and lass comfortable so me and my wife prefer the Dade City branch. The house special Pizza and Lasagna with side salad are particularly good. Beverages are a bit pricy like most restaurants these days so we sometimes have water when on a budget during these inflationary times. One Kudo: ABC had experimented with smaller portions for lasagna recently shrink-flation) but on our last visit had restored the original portion size. Parking: A bit tight at the Dade City location but parking is allowed at the bank across the entryway. I've always found a place to park. The Zephyrhills location is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible with double doors right off the parking lot. No stairs to worry about."

"I went in search of a restaurant that served Saganaki. It was my boyfriend's first time trying it and we were celebrating our anniversary. After days of researching, I finally found this place in the Seattle area. While they didn't flambe the dish at the table and shout "OPA!", we still enjoyed it. We also tried the dip sampler which was delicious. We shared three appetizers, a bottle of Greek wine, and each had a main course. The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was not very lively, and there were only a few other patrons at 5:30 on a Saturday, but the takeout orders were bustling. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Make sure to bring your vaccination cards. We usually eat dinner around 8pm due to our work schedules, so I wish we had arrived later to see the music and dancers, but we were told that some were out sick and others were traveling. Overall, our experience was: Food 9 (hoping for the flaming cheese next time), Atmosphere 6, Location 8, Staff 10, Selection 10, Affordability 10, Promise of a fun Saturday 10."

"We stayed at the hotel next door and this place is conveniently located just across the street. The restaurant is a typical independent pizza store within a strip plaza so don't expect too much for décor or atmosphere, but also don't get discouraged because this place has great service and good food. The pizzas were great and the calzone was delicious and everything was ready in 15 minutes. The pizza is typical for east coast with thin, flakey and somewhat dry crust but quite enjoyable. Overall its an average pizza place but great service and convenience made a very good experience."

"This is the best and most consistently good pizza in the Columbia area. We usually order the meat lovers and cheese pizzas, but everything we've tried has been excellent. We go there every weekend and also do takeout. Be sure to call early to place your order, as there are times when it takes several attempts to get through because they are so busy! "Been here a couple times, for me I've never had a super strong positive experience with the staff, ranging from lackluster emotion to maybe slightly rude (I do remember some being super nice though, they're not all like that! . One time i was ordering, I asked for 2 water cups and was charged for 2 regular fountain drinks. Another time I went up to order wings and forgot they were out, but the guy at the register kind of snapped back so that was not exactly a happy memory either. Lastly, on more than one occasion me and my friend have often received different parts of our order at disproportionately long times. I can understand some delay if you choose to bring out the food as it's done while a little busy, but at least twice we've had the other half of our order come as late as 30 mins; sometimes they forget we're missing an item and they have to fire it back up. THAT being said, when they do get your order right the food is very good as you'll see among other reviews. I had the salmon sandwich (burger , and the nice grilled salmon combined with the lemon Dijon sauce and greek fries was very good, I would definitely come back just to eat it again. Another good item of theirs is the wings and fries. While they're not something like one of the best things you'll ever try, they're way better than what you'd expect. So all in all, the customer service is what brings my review of them down to 3 stars. However the food is good enough to keep me coming back whenever I find the occasion. Recommend others try this place out."

"Walked in 30 minutes before closing and were told we could only order to go… although the restaurant still had most tables full. But ok. Order the chicken and lamb gyro plate with tabouli, rice, potatoes, and salad. Cost was $40 for the food. Not unreasonable but the portions were small and quality was horrible. Worst gyro meat I’ve ever tried (both chicken and beef were awful). I’m a fan of mediterranean food so I’ve eaten a variety of mediterranean restaurants. The only thing we liked were the potatoes. Those were amazing. Everything else was either bad or average."
