"Saying Hudson's is the best is an understatement. In my opinion, it serves the best barbecue I have ever tasted. I don't get how anyone could complain about cleanliness when their health score is a solid 93! This amazing restaurant has been in the same spot for over 40 years! With prices even lower than some fast-food places, how could Hudson's not be your go-to choice for dinner every night? Scot and Buford, the father-son duo who own and manage the place, along with the rest of the staff, are extremely welcoming. The portions are generous, so you can easily take home leftovers for another meal! Hudson's is truly a gem. There's nothing quite like it! Anyone who claims Hudson's isn't good, welcoming, or clean clearly hasn't had the experience I have. If you haven't been to Hudson's yet and are thinking about trying it, I suggest ordering a big glass of sweet tea (don’t forget to ask for crushed ice!) along with their pork plate. You'll get a huge serving of delicious pork along with your choice of any side! I highly recommend the homemade, non-frozen fries. Try Hudson's once, and you'll be hooked. I believe it's not only the best barbecue in Douglasville but possibly the best in all of Georgia! You definitely need to stop by and give it a try!"
