"The butcher was very friendly and noticed I seemed a bit unsure as he arrived early on a Sunday to open the shop. However, the tongue I had come for turned out to be a sausage, likely made from processed tongue. This was quite disappointing, especially from a butcher located in the heart of Williamsburg."
