The pork was cooked to perfection—tender and succulent, falling apart effortlessly. The broth was exceptionally well-seasoned, offering just the right amount of spice to enhance the flavor without being overwhelming. I would highly recommend Machi to anyone seeking fantastic ramen in the area."
