"Ordered using one delivery app and the order was canceled my the restaurant without explanation. Went to use a different delivery app and it was accepted. Then the restaurant changed my order from a side of chicken to lamb, didn’t consult me, and charge me a higher price. When I called to find out why, they said the delivery was already on the way. Thankfully, the second delivery app was helpful and refunded that meal.However, some from the restaurant responded to my comments with completely incorrect information and didn’t take any accountability for their actions. Instead, deny and deflect.Unfortunate because actually liked their food, but will not order again after this poor customer experience.Before they reply to comments, make sure the person knows the details of the transaction.Do better person at Manna Diner!"
