"I've had multiple disappointing experiences with this restaurant. On the first occasion, they sent me a burnt pizza. The second time, I ordered pasta without meat, and the sauce was watery. My most recent experience was particularly frustrating. I waited over an hour and a half for my delivery, even though I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. When I called to check on the status, they said someone had fallen and had to be rushed to the hospital. However, that incident had occurred earlier in the day, not during my order time. The manager acknowledged that it wasn't my problem, but before he could finish his thought, I pointed out that they take our phone numbers for a reason. If the situation was that serious, they should have notified their customers about the delay. Additionally, they should ensure the entire order is correct before sending out deliveries, especially when dealing with cold pizza. I've given them three chances, but it's clear that this isn't working out. It's such a shame, as we used to really enjoy Milano’s. Maybe we'll try the one in Gun Barrel instead.
