"This restaurant is quite expensive for a dim sum establishment. Don’t expect the typical dim sum experience where you can choose from a variety of small dishes, as each dim sum bowl costs between $10 and $15. Although the portions are larger, which helps justify the higher prices, the overall experience didn't meet my expectations for a place called Dim-Sum Factory. The service was good, but I was surprised to learn that cash tips were preferred. I didn't mind too much, as I’ve encountered similar requests in Chinatowns in NYC, LA, and Chicago. However, it felt somewhat mismatched with the restaurant’s aim to provide an upscale dining experience rather than a traditional dim sum vibe. The food was decent, but if I’m in search of authentic dim sum, there are better options that offer a more genuine experience."
