"I initially gave this restaurant a 5-star rating, but I've had to lower it to 4, and now it's down to 3. I can't attribute the decline to a lack of staff or inexperience—there were experienced employees working during my visit around 3 PM. I had to wait 20 minutes with an empty glass, and no one checked on me. This isn't typical for this place, which I've frequented for 20 years primarily because of the service. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. On top of that, I know of nearby restaurants that offer fantastic margaritas for much less. I understand the impact of inflation and rising costs, but the prices here are just too high for what you get. Adios."
