From the moment you enter the restaurant, you are warmly welcomed by Salvatore and his brother, Franco, as if you were stepping into their home. Once seated, I felt as though I was part of a family gathering. I discovered that if you ask them for recommendations, they will serve you dishes that make you feel like one of their own. As an Italian, I often compare someone's cooking to that of my mother, and I can confidently say that this is the only place I’d take my mother out to dine. It's heartwarming to know there’s a place in Puerto Plata that I can truly call home—LAS PALMAS restaurant."
