"I am absolutely amazed! We went to dinner tonight at Palomino's in Loveland, and I have to say it was the best customer service we've ever experienced at a restaurant! When our meals arrived, I noticed that my husband's burrito had ground beef instead of shredded beef. The waiter, Jose, must have overheard because he came over to ask if everything was okay. My husband mentioned it wasn’t a big deal and that he didn’t mind, but the waiter offered to take it back and get the correct meal. Within just a few minutes, the manager came to our table to apologize and asked how he could help us. Once again, we reassured him it was no problem at all. The manager insisted on making it right by offering us the meal at half price and even suggested dessert, which we politely declined since we had eaten so much! As a result of the exceptional service, our waiter received a 40% tip! Thank you for another fantastic meal!"
