"I've noticed a change during my last few visits. The chicken and broccoli dish now has very little chicken, and it used to come with carrots and water chestnuts. Instead, they've substituted onions and cut back on the sauce, making the dish somewhat dry. I asked for extra chicken, but it costs $4.95, which is surprising since you can buy a whole chicken at Costco for the same price! Plus, I'm pretty sure the amount of extra chicken could have been negotiable. It’s a shame because the staff is great and the service is excellent, but the food has been lacking lately."

"The first time here. He has rice soup, orange chicken, Mongolian beef, combination Chow fun, chicken Chow my, kung pao chicken and combination fried rice. Really like the Mongo beef bc it had the right amount of heat to it. Soup and rice were missing in taste. Orange chicken was great! The rest were good. The food came out quite quickly and we noticed that so many door-sh orders were picked up while we were there, but we were practically only in customers there. The waitress was very nice and would check if we often need something. I'm sorry... I forgot to take photos before I serve our plates and before I finish the soup....?"

"The restaurant was quiet and slow there was hardly anybody in there which is great for us as we have an autistic son that doesn't like a lot of noise and chaos the service was fast and quick we had excellent service excellent food. The price for what we got was great we had enough food we could have fed five people we had leftovers to take home and the price was great. Will definitely go again and take friends."

"We really miss the little hole in the wall place. Every time was so delish and hot and fresh and mind blowing. We could'nt believe we had found this wonderful place. I had asked my nurse if she knew a good chinese place and she told us about this place. I called everyone I know from here to San Diego and told them you just have to go to this place. Then we went to the new place and not any thing like we were used to. We had our main course and were almost done and still had'nt received our egg rolls and when they finally got there they were cold and soggy and very greasy. So we just thought it's a new place and it will take awhile to get the kinks out. But second time still not as we knew. Complained to manager several days later and she gave us 50% off but still we drive along way and spend a lot of money to have this wonderful food, Also servers need to serve your beverage before the appetizers in case you choke on something and need a drink. Hopfully it will get better, gonna give it one more try. Had the chicken chopsuey, no flavor."

"I arrived here at 8:15 AM after my lab, not realizing that they only offer takeout and don't accept pre-orders. However, the lady at the counter (I wish I had caught her name) was extremely helpful and allowed us to place our order directly on the computer. We received our food within fifteen minutes, and it was the best Chinese food I've ever had. You could really taste the freshness, the portions were generous for the price, and the quality was outstanding. I couldn't be more pleased. The prices were excellent, the service was fantastic, and the food was even better."

"Love their Fried Rice. They have the BEST Orange Chicken. Today is Valentine’s Day and I can't tell you how busy they were. The woman who works the Front was Hella Busy! She was whipping and twirling around those boys in the back. The phones did not stop for the 20 minutes I was waiting for my order. Rockstar Status! We live in Huber and I'll drive the 30 minutes to her restaurant and back. I arrive home and our food is still so Hot, it takes us another few minutes to dig in. So good."

"It doesn't look like much from the outside. But the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The variety of dishes on the menu is vast. We had beef chow fun with gravy, salt pepper pork chops, prawns with lobster sauce and sweet sour chicken. You don't need to go to Chinatown for delicious Chinese food. I was maybe 10 when they introduced me to this restaurant. I 'm now 38, and even though I no longer live in Rancho Cordova, I still make the drive just to get the Letter A combo.Members of the staff know me by name and my preferred order by heart because of my unwavering loyalty and love for this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious every time, they are always friendly, and even when they quote me a possible 20 minute wait, the food is always ready within ten to fifteen minutes. As long as this restaurant stays open, I will always be a returning patron!"

"Very upset last time we ordered from Kim's. First off it cost more than expected because their menu prices online have not been updated so every dish was $2-$3 more than we thought. Also most dishes like lemon chicken or sweet and sour pork come with the sauce in the side, which we are aware of except this time the sauce took up a quarter of the container! To top it off the vegetables were mostly raw. Will think twice before ordering from here again. gave them another chance and what a huge disappointment. Spent $75 and got smaller portions of food. General chicken was huge (11pieces) and the container was smashed but instead of putting it in a new container they just wrapped a bag around it. Go to Panda instead!!!"

"I ordered two dishes: Chicken Lo Mein and General Tso's Chicken. The Lo Mein was tasty, but the General Tso's Chicken looked appealing but had a strong fishy flavor. I tried two pieces along with some rice but ended up throwing it away. It was quite disappointing. I really hope that it was just cooked in fish oil and wasn't spoiled. Keeping my fingers crossed!"
