"We were once regular customers at this restaurant, coming almost every two weeks. Typically, we were treated well and served delicious food by the owner and his wife, who is the cook. However, during our recent visit, we encountered their son who was immature and disrespectful. My family and cousins, who had traveled a long way to dine here, were disappointed when one of my cousins found the lobster ravioli to be hard and unappetizing. When we asked to switch it for cheese ravioli, the server, who was very kind, informed us that the owner would agree to replace the dish but would not remove it from the bill. This surprised us, as we were regular customers and had always enjoyed our meals in the past. When we asked the manager for an explanation, he was extremely rude and refused to accommodate our request. As someone who works in the food industry, I believe that it is important to respond with kindness and respect to all situations. This manager showed a lack of care for customer satisfaction and only seemed concerned with money. If I were the owner, I would immediately remove him from his position before he drives away more loyal customers. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant again due to the disrespectful behavior of the manager, despite the fact that the server, chef, and owner themselves are wonderful."
