They mentioned something about their wireless being down, but I failed to see how that related to the onion rings.
After some thought, we decided to cancel our entire order and requested a refund. The person at the front went into the back and did not return. We tried to get the attention of the staff to process our refund, but no one from the kitchen responded, despite our knocking and shouting. After waiting a few minutes, we decided to resolve the issue through our bank.
I strongly believe ownership should consider closing the restaurant until they can ensure they're properly equipped to serve food."
