"Tallula’s has gotten to the point where their prices are gouging (even for our westside neighborhood). The recent menu adjustments and pacing of the dishes are all to increase the restaurant’s margins and it is very transparent. The food is great, but walking away one feels fleeced by the amount received for the amount given. Need an example? $8 street tacos.. this is insulting. Let me be clear: the food and beverages are tasty. The staff, very friendly! It’s all, just not worth it. The prices of sides, dishes, and beverages are simply exploitative."
